Limecar Self Drive Car Rental in Goa Airport ...RENT DRIVE RETURN

They provide bare minimum cars and they speak very rude and un-professional. Better be away from these people. The innova provided to me is 2.3L kms ran and felt like it will breakdown any moment. One light was not working and I was so scared to ride in nights with family. Will never approach these fellows. When I call them they don't even speak with bare minimum courtesy. They provide vehicle with fuel under the end mark and ask you to provide in the same way which is quite impossible. Immediately after taking the vehicle you would be struggling to find a petrol pump and would be tensed if it stops at any moment. Don't pay upfront to these fellows until you see the vehicle. Customer support is not that rosy as the website looks. Once call their customer care and you will realise instantly how un-professional they are.

STOLE MY MONEY.
After money was deducted, no confirmation was given of the car and then the guy from their staff kept delaying confirmation until they stopped responding all together. Lost ₹4720/- on this white label scam company.
DON'T RENT FROM LIMECAR GOA.

Had the worst experience with Limecar.
We did an online booking for Duster choosing pickup from the station, but as soon as we reached the station they kept us waiting and then asked us to reach the destination. Met somewhere in between and what we see is an Innova, later they promised to provide the Duster within few hours which never happened. The person named Abdul was co ordinatinating who was not at all good. These people do things as per their convenience without thinkg about the customer
Even after all this they kept us waiting to provide our own aadhar card, kept asking us to come here and there
Worst service, do not recommend it it to anyone.

I have made on time delivery of my trip . Since it was 15 min late it’s been charged 1000 Rs , and also for small dent they charged with 3,500 Rs by cash only .

Based on recommendation from a friend, i came to know about limecar in goa I booked grand i10 automatic from limecar for my stay in goa for 5 days, would like to highlight that lime car is definitely a professional car rental service provider. Car was delivered on time and return was smooth aswell, without any hassles.

Giving 4 stars for the service that was provided, one star reduced so that you guys improve on the quality of cars. i expected a comparetively new car however i received very old car more than 1lac kms driven, tyres were gone completely, car was dented and scratched from everywhere, as soon as i reached my hotel one of the front tyre got punctured tough they came and replaced both front tyre as new also reimbursed cost of my local sightseeing in taxi (800 rs). which was great from limecars team to keep customers first.

Overall if limecar upgrade on cars quality they would probably be the best car rental service provider in goa.

The bookings made through limecar proved cost effective and professional. Everything went smooth and on time. Totally transparent and flexible to your amends and requests .

Consider this As genuine review,process was good and easy .. but the quality of the vehicle they have given was so sick and untidy withbfull of dirt and stinking.. I have rented many cars but his was the worst among all.. pls refrain from renting out from this company.. if have any choice consider others.. I've book innova automatic for 3 days for 12k and theybhave given a fully damaged accident car.. since we dint have time we had to take that...donot consider this company in Goa atleast

The Cars shown were not what was there on the website, the rent too was more than what the local car rentals offered in Goa, waited for an hour or so at the office on the way to Calungute beach no one ever showed up.
