Indus Motors Nallalam-Maruti Suzuki

Please don't go here for your maruthi suzuki.Very bad customer handling.
I have booked a car in here on 12- 03-2020. I got permanent registered on 23-03-2020.
Today 22-05-2020 still i did not got my car.
I have payed my 2 month emi.

Better to look for some other centers for service....body works are done at its worst quality ...it should be better if we take an appointment 3 days before to meet an advisor....earlier it was good and now it is getting worse and even worst 😬.... disappointed with indus....insurance department seems good....rest all worse.... writing this with a sigh...you guys made me to write this..🥱

Good staffs and spacious service centre.

It’s one of the oldest Maruthi Suzuki sales and services Center in Kerala, it’s easily accessible as it’s close to the NH 47 at nallalam kozhikode, they have a very huge plot which accommodates the whole testing of the vehicle there itself including the test drive track, the staff is also very comfortable to deal with and good office environment,,

very bad customer service. pre owned car dealers treat you better than indus.

It’s a Maruti Suzuki dealer workshop situated near Sarada mandiram, on the highway, Just opposite to HP petrol pump..Excellent service..Neat ambience..excellent staff support
