First when I stepped in was not that comfortable seeing the facility then Ajay the manager told me they are shifting so that’s the mess, let’s get into business. My first impression totally changed by their customer service. A detail general check up was done on my Mitsubishi Lancer 2012 😊. I am basically from Chennai so my expectations was very high, they stood to it.. Vargesh the supervisor did a thorough checkup then explained what could be done rather telling me what cannot be done a perfect supervisor committed to his job. ...The job card was moved to Anish the real hero, who was so clear, accurate, very focused in what he was doing technically very strong...An awesome mind blowing team. All my issues where rectified, explained, at least 3 to 4 test drive was done before delivering my car. Awesome job team, very professional and dedicated ........ To all the Mitsubishi lovers out there if you want to have your car serviced from an authorised center and to have genuine parts don’t have a send thought they are the best ❤️. I am a 💯 percent satisfied customer. Team stay blessed keep doing the same job even though lancer has stopped its production u keep the beast alive...Ajay please update the official number in the website when your new service center is up in Edappally.

I have a suggestion that if you take service of other premium SUVs would be great because you have enough technical staff available with you and your service team support is reliable.

The parts used are not of Mitsubishi. All duplicate parts used, soon be filing consumer case.

I done the periodical services two times. Me also suggesting this team. Because tbey are specifically trained for Mithsubhishi vehicles eventhough they are expensive

Experience was so good .and service was also nice .but cost of spare parts are service charge is very High...

I ve done recently my 2002 petrol lancer all major electric work which unable to solve by local mech/electrian these guys done wonderful job i would suggested to all lancer enthusiasts out there pls take ur car there if ur looking for something better service!
