I am writing you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I had received from your MARUTI sales executive ms. VIDYA on my last visit(MARUTI SWIFT, KL46X3435). The staff was warm and accommodating, and they were helpful to me.
Your sales executive ms.VIDYA had done a remarkable job.She have cleared all my concern. She has got an outstanding skill to handle costumers,She listened to all my concerns and come up with solutions, and her professionalism and her sincerity towards her job will help her to achieve higher levels in her professional career.
I hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in your BRD SHOWROOM permanently as this is what the customers want to have.

1st time - In the month of January 2022 to check details of Baleno, the sales team lady not even know how to explain the specification of their product. They have been trained as to explain only the "price breakup" of their product.
As per my opinion I can get the price details via online, I had been in showroom to check the car physically. They are not even bother of what customer is expecting. Since Baleno and Toyota Glanza are similar, I gone to nearest showroom Nippon Toyota.
2nd time - On 5th September 2022, the worst day.....total time waste for me...I gone to showroom along with my wife to check Wagon r and Celerio. All the team were busy in Onam celebration with loud voice speakers right in front of reception where customers enter in their showroom. It was terribly disturbed; I was not able to listen a single word from the sales lady what she was explaining. Later she shown me a wagonr in their service area and not even was capable to explain a single word about that car. I asked her to see a automatic celerio and then she showed a manual base model celerio, I said I want to see an automatic car, do you have it ??? She replied “all the Celerio look same..”
Three staff came to me, and they were apologizing for the voice disturbance occurring during their celebration. Try to avoid below mistakes….
1.Do not celebrate such things in front office where customer enters with hope. I understand the value of celebration, but you people can do that it in another place. (Example – backside of the showroom, service area)
2.If it all you have such voice speakers engaged, make sure you switch off or do low volume at least at the time of customers involvement.
3.Showroom is not that much cleaned. Customers seats are not cleaned.
Consumes lot much ! - I Really Meant it!!
What is being instructed wont be done, when asked would say, sir pls come back to us next time - we will sort!
Much disappointed ! When enquired came to know the same comments from others as well!!
