Had a very good experience... We stepped into the showroom with much happiness... ☺️☺️They entire team made us happy all the way too... The entire processes were done without any hassles..Our executive Mr. Beryl Babu really made the proceedings easy...He knew what we needed and gave us all options. Worst Experience from BRD Konikkara. I'm purchased your brand new maruti suzuki Swift vxi variant on 26/10/2022 from BRD konikkara Thrissur, kerala showroom. But very worst behavior from their side especially the salesman Mr.Joby. He is lot of time pushing me for take other accessories and Extend Warranty. I'm already told him, i won't these extra fittings and Extend Warranty. But he daily pushing me for taken this products and I'm also told him, i won't. Finally car delivery day on 26/10/22 I'm checking the documents and he already billed for Extend Warranty without me knowledge. How can this possible?
That's time Im argued with him. Finally came a person for supporting him Mr.Sanju And he promised me for refund this same within 2days.
In my carrier, this is the worst behavior from the showroom. So i never ever buy any vehicle from this showroom and I'm not recommending for anyone. Very very bad behavior from their side and also two days after the delivery the executive called me, and told me pls give an excellent review from my side when call from Maruti Suzuki. How could be told me like that. I think Mr. Joby is not suitable for this job and he is not professional. He has no ethics. But till there is no call come from Maruti Suzuki. I think the showroom teams adjusted the feedback call. So Kindly arrange the Car delivery feedback call and one more thing, i never ever buy car from there and I'm not recommending for others. Bad behavior from the showroom BRD KONIKKARA THRISSUR, KERALA. Whenever that executive calling me always he pulling me for buying additional accessories before car delivery Worst behavior Very bad experience for me from your side Shamed on your showroom

Comfort, Friendly and Responsive.

Worst service. They offered many free sevices when they called. When i went there they refused to do the free services. Also after the service they even forget to put back the floor mat.

Thank you to the team at BRD, especially Mr. Akhil prasanan he made the process of getting the car very comfortable . He knew what we needed and gave us all options. Thank you again for amazing customer care.the dealings at BRD was just amazing and made the decision very easy. Thank you again.

Had a first-rate experience at BRD Car World . Our executive Mr Sanal Raj went out of his way in helping us at every step , starting from the selection of the vehicle. He took us on a tour of the showroom and showed us the various models , explaining the specifications of each one , which tremendously helped us in affirming the specific variant we wanted to purchase . He was always available on call and was ever willing to clarify all our queries without any displeasure . Intelligent , courteous and diligent executives like Mr Sanal Raj are always an asset to any organization.
