An excellent Jeep service centre in Kerala, recently had an issue with my JC's coolant reservoir; while talked with their service advisor, it's learned that the parts relevant to those are readily available, and as it was not available in the nearby centers, I driven the car all the way to there from Trivandrum, and in between their busy schedule, priority was given by the service team for rectifying and replacing it at the earliest they can, to help me reach back by evening. The service advisor Mr.Sarath keeps updating me every half an hour about the progress. I take this opportunity to wish the team all the best, and especially my heartiest thanks to Mr.Sarath, he is really an asset to the centre 🤩🥰

My Jeep (nighteagle) was in a very bad shape when it was brought to the Pinnacle Jeep Aluva body repairs shop...

Of course, possible delay from the work shop team and insurance team was a concern for me and there was not much feedback from the work shop, initially.

However, the entire situation changed when I got a call from the Mr Rajesh Kannan,the body workshop manager.

He assured me he will personally take care of the body repair part completely and shall keep me informed about my car's progress, which he did very diligently.

Mr Kannan's presence throughout the body repair of my car was honestly very reassuring as I kept getting regular updates even when I was travelling abroad.

I have received my Jeep in an excellent condition and I'm a fully satisfied customer.

Pinnacle jeep Aluva body workshop has a very responsible team headed by Mr Arjun.

Awesome Jeep experience. Spacious showroom with ample parking space. Sales advisor Herald is professional and explained the features of vehicle in nice way. Hygienic washrooms. Cool drinks are also offered. No prefixed route for test drive & it adds to the convenience.
