Worst experience there customer service is too bad. They even don't know to find what is wrong with your vechile they will simply mislead you and steal your money by making you a fool by watching there drama....I went there for 6 months with my car because of a gauge problem but still not solved...Better find somewhere else

The executives were nice to me. But could have added a service sation nearby. If we need to take service we need to go one and a half kilometer again to mankulam. A service station would be so helpful in a crowded city like mallapally as we need not wade through traffic for another kilometer and a half

Calls and disturbs a lot of time. I went to do service once, afterwards they start calling and disturbing a lot of time when the time is due.

Worst experience ever!!! They took full payment saying that they will deliver the car in 10 days but then delivery took 1 month. They didnt even have the common courtesy to inform the customer regarding the delay rather i had to follow up multiple times and every time they will give some or the other lame excuses. They promised some accessories like rain guard , perfume , car polishing, etc after additional apyment and while delivering the car they said they dont have stock so they will provide them during first service and then during first service they are demanding extra charges saying that some of the offers given to me gor cancelled!!!! After promising an offer they took full payment and then after delivery they are asking payment for the offer given to me!!! Never have i ever experienced such a worst experience!! Tried contacting their manager ( not revealing the name here) as well but it was no use!!!
