Went to check out the Tata Nexon, the showroom is easy to spot from the road, it is situated in the service road, accurate on google maps. The staff was polite and they know what they are doing. Got a price quote and came back. Nexon is a model i am considering seriously to buy. So if it happens will update the service and after sales related infos here. Overall it was nice.

I purchased a Nexon XMA Diesel. Using more than 18 months. Very good vehicle. No issues yet. For all services they will come and pick my car and return it to home. (Free & paid). After sale service was also good.

Buy a nexon xza+ dark, very bad service for the showroom staff, and very bad experience, can't recommended this showroom

The employees working here at the showroom is extremely professional with a friendly attitude. Came in there looking to view the Tata Nexon and was immediately given a detail overview of the entire vehicle including the pricing and physical look at the interior & exterior. You’d be immediately given the option of test driving the vehicle, didn’t even need to ask for it was provided beforehand. The environment is seemingly comfortable with acceptable lighting. I’d say you’ll need to be there quite early to be able to test drive their automatic variants as the vehicle can be taken to another location by another customer henceforth leaving you to deal with their manual variant which is heavily used leaving you questioning the structure and capabilities of their Tata Nexon. Nonetheless they did allow us to have the car be delivered to our location to be test driven which is more the merrier. I’d give this location a 4/5 rating, me leaving out the extra one star is due to the test cars not being readily available and them being quite used to the point you wouldn’t want to take them for test drive ever again.

Very friendly and cooperative staff, I was attended by a person who is so friendly, down to earth and knew all details about the vehicle.
I went there looking for Harrier, and he was a gem who knew inside out about it and its competitions too.

I was so happy that he kept following up with me for all details and arranged a test drive at my convenience as well.

I am much satisfied with this person and his attitude than my visit to Puzhakkal showroom, which for me was not at all good.
