Service is good. Pickup and drop is available. Service person is very knowledgeable. Services are very costly, but better when compared to some other brands. Response from reception phone number is very bad and rude. Please take care of that aspect.

Very very bad experience, very bad service and they used our car for their need,when I take back my car after service there's 11km shown in the meter reading,they said it's the part of test drive. and they r very irresponsible person,if you need good service for your car pls don't go there,they don't have experienced technician and workers ,and customers responsibility to identify what's the complaint and other problems of the car,they don't have any responsibility,if they check the complaint they will be taken additional charges for that.so everyone be careful and avoid these kind of useless service centre .i lost my money &time😡😡😡😡

I have purchased Hyundai i20 from VTJ Hyundai on March 13th and below are the things I found useful here

1. They have delivered the car in just 10 days after booking (feb manufactured vehicle), which was very quick compared to other showrooms I searched in Kochi/Thrissur.
2. I got to know about this dealer from carwale/cardekho app ( not sure which is the exact one) and on the first conversation itself they offered an amount which is around 15k lesser than the final amount proposed by other dealers I checked. They have given an additional 2.5k also on the day of booking!
3. I had some issues with RTO side process and the team followed up and helped in clearing all the issues. Due to which it saved my 2 days as the proposed delivery was on 15th
4. Provided freebies worth RS 3500 ( Genuine accessories from Hyundai includes Floor Mats, Neck rests, Mud flaps, Tissue and car perfume)

Overall I'm quite happy with the performance. Special thanks to Nikhil, sales executive who assisted me throughout the process👏

Bad experience. Visited here as a sound comes from the rear side of my car and found that there was a nail pierced on the tyre. They said they will fix the puncture and I asked them to have a water service if it won't take much time. They told me that it will take one hour for the whole work. So I asked them not to do the water service. Then they said that it can be done soon and I waited there. But it took 1.30 hours to complete the work. Still the cleaning was not good. There was dust on the visible parts of the car. Such a bad experience.
