It was very good experience with Vision Honda. Mr. Nijil , Sales representative from the showroom helped me a lot to took the delivery of my All new Honda City 5th Gen on time. He explained all the features and arranged test drive. I was also very thankful for getting a spare car after the exchange vehicle is taken until I got my new car. All the processes were smooth and transparent.

I am really happy for purchasing Honda city ZX CVT from Vision Honda palarivattom. Totally impressed by the polite behaviour of staffs there especially Mr Nigil who was the sales representative there and the information they shared about the car was valuable and we expect the same in future.

Service is good but the cost of service is high as compared to other honda service centers. I used to do pay 4-5 k for honda city but here it’s 7-8 for normal service.

I had visited Vision Honda to test drive the Honda Amaze. The test drive, was arranged to my satisfaction at short notice. The details of the available models, including the accessories and finance, were explained in a lucid manner. The behaviour of the executives was polite and their customer handling, professional. The purchase of the vehicle was streamlined, the customer having been updated regularly at each step of the purchase process. I appreciate Vision Honda's commitment to customer satisfaction and commend their efforts at maintaining the same.

I have been taking my Honda city for servicing here for 3 times now. The overall experience is quite good. I get regular reminder call when service is due and they suggest the days when it’s not too busy. And after service the vehicle is given on time. Overall cost looks ok and was always around the quote they gives in morning. Car’s starter motor had gone bad sometime back and although it was covered in extended warranty, some other service centers were not so interested to replace it !! But when I went here they said stock is not available. They will order and will call me once it’s available. After couple of weeks I got the call that the part is ready and asked to bring the car. They replaced the motor same day and no labour charge was added since it’s part of extended warranty. Overall very satisfied with their professionalism and Customer friendly behaviour and will definitely recommend them for the service

Recently took delivery of Honda Amaze. The service was really good. The sales representative was very helpful from scheduling a test drive to delivery of the car.
Had trouble with some extra accessories and got it replaced in just one day.
Hope they continue this attitude while you visit to get your car serviced.✌️

Good Location, Sales, Finance People are amazing, After sales too many issues personally I faced which I have listed down below

Two Star Rating for giving Good Sales Support, If I have rate Sales alone, it will be 5 Star and 10 stars to Rohith who was my representative at Vision Honda Palarivattom.

Positive First

Sales: Representative Rohith was amazing and helped in all possible way right from booking, vehicle arrangement, on time delivery, explaining the process, even post delivery he gave extensive support even though its not his job.

Issues I faced:

1) I had issues with Extensive Fog on Windshield, Water leakage in Headlight on a brand new car (Honda Jazz) from Day 1. I reported the issue and even after 14 days there was no response from Warranty Team, they just blamed on Honda that they did not get response from Central Team, I had to wait another 7 days for the part replacement to come which is 21 days

2) Reaching out to Senior Quality Manager (Jayasree I guess) one should be really lucky. You could try your luck on lottery if she picks the call or calls you back.

3)I've got some scratches to be patched. I informed the same to the person who came to pick the vehicle and he wrote in his customer complaint request form as well. I gave my vehicle for service on 11th October 2021 and asked them to return it by today (14th October 2021) to ensure that first service and patching can be done withnout any hiccups (4 days for these jobs) Still I got a call today evening stating that patch is not addressed and it needs 3 days of time to fix, I've asked them to return my vehicle as I did not buy vehicle to keep it in the showroom.

4) Fog coming inside Infotainment system. which is said to be addressed today after 4 days of chasing, I am still waiting for the end result

5) I clearly told them to return the vehicle on 14th Morning, Headlight replacement came yesterday afternoon however it was fixed today evening and according to them they will deliver only after 6:30 (Start) and will reach here by 7:15-7:30, I am not able to check the vehicle properly at night post service. While I am posting this video it's 18:30 now and I am still wiaitng for my car to be delivered after 4 days and doing almost nothing what I asked for.

Certainly I deserved a better treatment, Car might be safety when compared to Maruti (I am an ex owner of Maruti Celerio), however the way they treat customer (based on my experience from at elast 8 different service centre from 3 different states) is simply amazing and HONDA can ceryainly learn from them

NOTE: I wanted to try Tata Tigor AMT version and I liked it as well, however I did not buy because of the news spread every where about the issues related to TATA service and I went with Honda which resulted in this situation.

Overall Ownership experience is not that great from day 1 (Vehicle performance is decent I must say)
