AVG Motors (Maruti Suzuki Showroom and Service Centre, Kozhencherry)

Good staffs and service, maintains quality of works depends on service engineers,pleasure with mr.vishnu,lijo in body shop.
Friendly and understands the customer what if they do while servicing.
There is good and also worst services sometimes depends with some service engineers.

Located near st Thomas college junction kozhencherry also the landmark identity is a 3 road junction which goes to cherukoleppuzha-ranni ,keekozhoor -ranni and the other is kozhencherry-thiruvalla/pathanamthitta road.

Good experience with avg service team. Good behaviour from staff. Service advisors have good technical knowledge and have a good attitude. All demanded works are done within the promised time period. I'm totally satisfied with the service.

This is better place for customers who need to watch the maintenance work of their vehicle

Not so customer friendly. When you go for purchase you will be getting nice comfy atmosphere and facilities but when you go for service, you may hardly see space for two three peoples' sitting capacity.

Customer friendly or customer service is not just about giving them experience while purchasing but is to give them best experience continually. Improve facility for customer who is going to wait there so they will be happy to spent time at the facility.

The thing i love about Maruti Suzuki is that they have their service readily available even in a small less popular village or town

Bit costly in terms of their service but their treatment of their customers are top notch (they never force us into saying yes or never seem desperate for something)
They always do it on our will

The guy i met did a test drive of my car and he seems pretty chill and made me feel comfortable of the situation..

The only downside is that they don't have much repair works but mostly replacement jobs which is bit costly and disappointing 🥲💸..
I had to do welding of the silencer leak in some other local worshop since AVG only replace it with new silencer..

Overall a pretty good service centre ..
They certainly can improve but im pretty satisfied..soo i give 4 stars

So my advice would be if your car is new and not too old, you should give it here since they are professionals and will look after your car with great care ..even if some complaint happens while reparing the company will take full responsibility..so there is guarantee in it

If your car is old and you don't have much budget and dont wanna spend too much on it then you know what to do..🤓
(Give it to some local workshop)

Ok ok, too rush, delay in service, sometimes spair parts will not be there..

Labour charges are high and not accurate what they promise .Not recommend
