Exceeds expectations!

Worst service. I had given my tiago for 3rd service. The service executive told me that ac filter will be cleaned, but they have not done anything. I had to do it from outside. Also they don't service the vehicles, just wash and give you back. Last time when I gave the vehicle for mileage check, he told me that they have driven the car around 8kms and checked. But I had taken the odo reading and it was the same. They are trained to give lame excuses, and not servicing the car.

Exceptionally good service for Tata till the date . (as all you know there is a stereotype that tata's service is worse). But there is a important thing that pulled me out from giving 5star. If the yard is for customers then refrain from parking employees vehicles randomly or assign a person for it(atleast tell the security about it). I was little bit confident about my self so i somehow managed to take vehicle from congested space.

You will be happy only on your car delivery day here. Very bad service experience. My new Tata Altroz iturbo break down after running 506kms. They took 5 days to remove a scratch. You will be happy here only on your new car's delivery day.

Really poor service...not even a good body wash for my Nexon! not yet received a feedback call either...

Worst service that I have seen. My car is running at 75k kilometres i have been to may service centers of tata. On that this is the worst place. Do check the bill after the service ( if you go there) and cross verify the cost with actual cost. They might put additional expenses
