Mr.George in their sales team has been supporting us from booking to delivery and has been getting regular updates about booking till delivery.I am getting courtsy calls from them after delivery and expecting the same from service side too.

Very bad experience from service section.a lady who self thik she is the owner of all cars in India . From her behaviour we know she is not educated and cultured.. No manners.. Not recommended to anyone go to kairali Tata or muvattupzha for better Service and Response . Before booking treat well after that very bad experience.

Akhil Sudhakar in sales assisted me throughout the process , starting from booking and he is still in touch with the follow up and service needs. Akhil has diligently responded to all my questions and concerns . As I had a previous bad experience from another dealer in the past ( not a Tata dealer I should mention) , I was bit doubtful and concerned when I initially contacted from outside India . However I can surely say now that Akhil has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. He was very helpful to clear any doubts, created a great customer experience and my whole family were very happy with the car purchase.
We had a Hazzle free and even more enjoyable experience . Would recommend to anyone.

My friend had worst experience with your showroom. After delivering the car he was asked to pay extra 7k because the price was increased (even though payment was complete) . You guys delivered nexon xms car with faulty vipers. We reported the complaint to the executive and to the pro within a week. They confirmed that it will be replaced during the first service (we have WhatsApp messages to back the same). The service executives refused to replace the viper but the customer executive promised again that they will replace the viper.last week we called him since there was no response from the showroom. The executive asked us to come over to change the viper. I waited in the show room from 5pm till 8.30 pm and executive did not show up. His mobile was switched off. I did not receive any follow-up call also!!

We are extremely unhappy with this showroom services. Recommend everyone to approach some other showroom if you don't want to face such unprofessional experience . Thank you

We had such an amazing experience with Gokulam Motors thodupuzha and their executive Mr. Akhil Sudhakar. The customer interaction was superb. Friendliness is something to be noted. We didn't have to worry about anything during our purchase. Everything was properly taken care of.
