Attitude problem with employees. they are not friendly

Staff Is cooperative - But was billed way too high !! for a service with oil change and rpm variation checking with suspension component replacements they billed a total 4300 for spares and 4100 labour !!!
Got back my vehicle on time

service is not good. lack of trained staff.

Gave swift for 10000 service
They insisted for oil change(oil change was done just 8 months ago and done 3000 km after)
Parts cost was 3800 and....the service cost...4000!!!!!

(I did 10000 service for my Ford endeavor and it cost 4500 including labour charge)

Looking for a maruti service center..?.look elsewhere..

There was scratch at right side of my vehicle when it was returned after service today. But they didn't inform me about this mistake happened from their side.

Different from my experience from Indus motors and Mahindra , they informed me there will be pick and drop charge. It was not charged because I shared my experience with Indus motors and TVS Mahindra for last 25 years.

Please don't go there... They don't know how to repair a car.. I repaired my car there in March 2022 and they said one of my car's parts is not working and wanted to replace it. They ordered and I paid the full amount of cash in advance.after ten days the parts came,after that they said, they have received the wrong one.. Again booked and the same result.. Now they are saying that my car major also complained.I visited another service center and they repaired with in one hour. They did not refund I paid the advance amount .and the result is waste of time and money.
