Poor service, lethargic employees, they just want to give a run around to people visiting there, this employee will shoo you the next one and so forth. Think twice before buying, once you buy a vehicle know that you'll have headaches getting anything resolved on time.

Only while purchasing will they stick around you like magnets. Literate ignorants.

Overall the delivery experience is good and it took almost 2 months after the booking of Tata Nexon XM model.

But Today I'm sharing the review after first free service and I would say product wise there is no problem but there's still need some improvement in dealership or Service end.

No hatered to employee of service centers but the higher authority or owner should hire skilled labor/good management team to handle customers.

Sales team is no doubt the best here but i wish and request NG Automobile owner to please hire some Service Engineers who understand the vehicle and help solving the basic problems.

As a Mechanical Engineer i understand its not easy to manage or operate things in so smooth manner but i hope my and other similar suggestions would really be helpful for the Dealer to grow in Himachal.

UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR - Overall vehicle is okay! But the 3rd servicing experience is pathetic. The service person cleverly sold the Silver AMC by the name of Service Charges.

I purchased a Tata Altroz from Surya automobiles. Their sales representative Mr. Vikrant Thakur was polite and humble throughout the delivery process. Besides, changing the vehicle model and color twice, he made sure that the car was delivered on time. The delivery process was hassle-free and they delivered us vehcile manufacted within last two months of the date of the purchase.

Other staff members were equally cooperative we made an online transaction from one of their systems. Last but not least they served unlimited tea, coffee and cold drinks.
