I have purchased Tata tigor XT, Mar ;2018. Company provided me spare tyre which is smaller than normal tyre size.When I have raised concern to service manager Shashi Kumar who is at Didwin tikker, Hamirpur.He replied shouting at me and told me talk in Hindi. Not even listen my query his first course of action is this. Anyhow I have talk in hindi and I ask to him , is there any seniors of yours whome I can speak.Mr Shashi replied I don't know. Than I ask him by giving my email address through message ,pleas send me email and mention same than again he shouted and said " why I send you mail, it's your problem you send email". I am really surprised what type of service Tata is providing. Even after I have tried to reach other people of Hamirpur branch but no one provide me any document which I asked.

Worst place for new car as me booked Harrier on 4th of October,they promised me to deliver my vehicle on 21st. Now they denied and said that Car is on the way,nd delivery aapko hum 23rd ko kr payege.
