Good Staff... Helpful persons and great knowledge about Honda cars

No attention given to customer satisfaction.
Car is not cleaned properly with scratch on door.
Number plate's digits were missing both from front and back.
Doors were nor wiped even once.
Customer executive (Mr. Bimal) misbehaved very badly even after identifying the mistakes.

Totally wastage of time and money at Courtesy Honda, Shimla service Station.

Pathetic service,unexperienced workers,can't even do the paint job correctly which is one of the most basic requirement in any service centre,

The manager is unexperienced just gives random statements without any logic

I have been following them regularly from past 6 months for paint mismatch issues and some engine issues

Till date all I see is my 15 lakhs being abused by them

Very poor service at Rajvir Motor works Shimla. I don't know why the company like Honda has engaged a delaer like this.
Avoid this dealer as well as Honda till Honda sets the dealer right is my suggestion to everyone

Good service but they don't have proper seating for visitors while the vehicle is being serviced from where the vehicle can be viewed during service.

Best service station in himachal.Previously i had few bad experiences with honda servives but courtsey honda changed my opinion.Would like to appreciate the honesty and dedication towards the customers by whole service station team.
