Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Competent Automobiles, Mandi, Ind Area Mandi)

My experience was great. When I was going to Manali my SCross's car key showing the warning Low battery. Have seen this showroom on the main highway and went there. Service advisor was very helpful and done the required things with in 10 Minutes. There invoice machine was not working but they provide me hand written gate pass very quickly. I was satisfied with the staff approach. Hurrey #TeamMarutiSuzukiArena

Very poor Staff. Sales staff and there Team Leader are not even interested to sell the car.
They are only focused to sell accessories, and they will compel you like A HELL.
Come on guys just grow up. Give them some training or plan a tour for your staff to your nearest other showroom like Hyundai, Toyota, Tata or Kia.

It's a wonderful place to buy a car or to get ur vehicle serviced. They take care of all your needs whether reminder calls for service, insurance or feedback regarding the services and sales. I was astonished when I got to know they have a dedicated call center for this. Good going keep it up 👍🏼
