Travelled Trichy to Chennai.

😯😲😮Surprisingly It's great experience with their bus and staffs.

🚻🚽🚻🚽Toilet available in bus, 🚻🚽🚻🚽

🚰🚰🚰Water bottle and wet wipes also given for refreshments.

💺💺💺Seats like business class. Leg space is very good enough.

👨🏼‍✈️👨🏼‍✈️👨🏿‍✈️Cabin crew available very polite and respectful services👨🏿‍✈️👨🏼‍✈️👨🏿‍✈️👨🏼‍✈️👨🏿‍✈️.

🏪🏪🍽️🍽️🍽️🍱🌭🌮🍮👨‍🍳👩‍🍳🥘Pantry available for customers. And menu also very interesting.

👌👍💪Prices of pantry foods is reasonable.

Time being this bus available only at morning hours. Between Thoothukudi to Chennai & Chennai to Thoothukudi every day morning 8 am.

Non stop runner. I reached Chennai Porur toll in 4 hours from Trichy.

Sonner they are gonna operate night service also same tube business services.

One of the oldest travels in Tuticorin having a wide route facilities from Tuticorin to nook and corner of Tamilnadu and also having a normal semi sleeper bus to premium volvo sleeper coach bus with a normal fare suitable for traveling

Very worst experience and customer support.
Don't choose this travels Bcoz they use this travels as load or package transporters.
We don't have any space to bring our luggage in this bus..
Really very worst experience...
I asked permission for put my luggage in to the luggage carrier suddenly one of the staff started fight and unwanted talks...
We should know something that we are not booking any tickets for free and we are not a beggars....
But they treat us like that only....
I also give a complaint to the manager but there's no good response....
This will be my last ride in this bus!!!

Very worst response from staff.When I contacted vivegam travels for clarification about parcel services the staff didn't even know how to talk with their customers.He said that he has so many works so don't contact me.Is this is the proper way of responding to customers?

Had a Horrible experience with Vivegam Parcel service chennai to tuticorin. While booking they said arrival time is 10.00am.. at 10.00 when I called tuticorin ofz to collect my parcel, person over there is very rude and asked to come at 1oclk. When I inquired mentioned time is 10.00. person from tuty ofz saying go and ask chennai office like. Extreme rude over customer
