This is regarding Flight cancellations refund. GoAir cancelled by Chennai to Coimbatore flight on 19th January and they called me and informed that they are processing my ticket amount through Makemytrip for refund and it will be credited in my account after 7 days. Today I called Makemytrip and enquired about my refund and they given a shocking answer saying that I did not call them for refund and hence refund will be processed now only and it will be credited after 7 days. Such an unprofessional way of the processing the refund since GoAir only cancelled the flight and as a passenger we paid the money and still suffering to get back the money from these unprofessional Organization.

Hello, i am trying to reach out to get my refund, no body answers the call or calls back from Lakshmi Mills Branch, Cbe. Its been more than 3 months and still i didn't get my refund in my card. I understand that your office is understaffed after the corona pandemic begun, but that doesn't give you the right to not to return calls from your customer or process the existing bookings and refund. Is this the great customer service and responsiveness that you stated as your values? I'd like somebody to call contact me privately ASAP.

On 13th April 2022, Krish travels - 8.45pm bus trip were cancelled from Chennai to Coimbatore. But still not yet received any refund and info from makemytrip. Refund amount - 4198.90

my booking went wrong in dates when did through MAKE MY TRIP. OM. It a fully prepaid booking....within minutes I tried contacting their CRE. But impossible to get through. As per automated message, I tried to communicate and change the dates to a later one as they have offered that for a fee in difference. that was also not working. then I complained by CONTACT US option in App. no response. so I have no option but to proceed legally. very dissatisfied. after giving lakhs worth of business to them. In addition this hotel failed to advise their agent on the plight of a genuine tourist. Hence the management's value system is DOUBTFULL.

No traveling bus canceled
No mony returns
Fraud corporate

I went there to find out the availability of flights to Delhi and the frequency. Also the best tariff for hotels in and around Janpath, as I have scheduled meeting at the end of November. I had bad experience at Nagpur 2 years ago. The flight was rescheduled and the accommodation got lost, no refund.
Tariff for the Janpath hotels are good but if they reschedule the flight then I can lose the amount that is now paid.

My confirmed booking was denied on arrival at hotel and MakeMyTrip asked for money to give alternate accommodations. People should refrain from booking at this platform as they don’t have any control on properties they undertake bookings for
