Not at all reliable. Blocked on ticket for me, I kept asking when I can pay and confirm it. They didn't respond. Then finally said it was not available. I had to pay ₹50k extra!

My complete booking and trip was ruined not handled in a proper way even after confirming with the travel agent to book the flight tickets were not booked and suddenly I am informed the rates are gone up pay extra, I had to change my entire travel schedule spend 30k extra , just bcoz travel exchange goofed up their bookings and they did NOTHING to compensate their error no courtesy, no transparency in giving packages as well very bad experience and extremely unhappy a first international holiday with family ruined ultimately customers loss for TRAVEL EXCHANGE MISTAKE

They have good experience in dealing passports. Must visit for your passport related issues / needs.
