Very poor condition..
No extra blankets...
Water leakage and seats are wet condition..
Service not good..
Not keep up the time..
Passengers feel like uncomfortable while journey

After 1 hour I boarded the bus was stopped at Pudukottai because of some engine problem. The driver never informed to the passengers. We're all simply blinking . After more than a hour we're waiting.
The next thing is maintanance of the bus is very poor. The sleeper bed was very bad condition.
Punctuality is very very poor.
I think rating the bus service is not a must.
