Navata Transport

waste.... we gave the goods in chennai navta to deliver to mancherial navata on 2 of may but up to now , the date is 9th may the goods didn't receive , if we call they will tell goods has reached hyderabad but if we call customer care they will say it hasn't reached hyderabad yet. If we ask again and again they will tell because the heat we are not delivering yet. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Service is good but response and pricing is not fair, storeIncharge person asks money for luggage movement but didn't give recipient for the same.
