I personally feel this place works only if you go through agents. I find this place is not self-help friendly and the processes are made complicated on purpose. Hated the experience.

It's only air cargo complex.if you gone inside for cargo despatch or receiving you can pay amt in the gate .and handing charge also pay extra same you can handle the cargo.
