Booked a seat to Chennai...
More than an hour delayed...
No correct update by the authorities...
Still waiting at pick up point in between the mosquitoes..
Waiting space at the pick up point is used for storing the parcels not for the waiting passengers...

We have booked bus to bangalore at 11:45 PM but bus came @2:30 am and reached @7:00 am. Very Very late. No response from bus operator. worst experience in namakkal park road office.

You have to pay additionally 15rs extra per parcel, they said it's for the parcel unloading.
Also you can't easily reach the delivery persons via phones, I've tried to reach the person for 3 days, 1 day he didn't pick up the phone and the second day he switched off the phone.

My parcel was with them - 4days I’m continuously call they are not picking the call

Proper guidelines followed and fast as I was prescribed.
