I had tried to send my household items through them to Trivandrum. I shared my item list through WhatsApp too. But there was no proper response from the owner. He kind of shouts back and doesn't know how to speak to customers. I booked my items through another roadways. This one star is for his behavior and not for the company's service, which I have not used. So I can't comment on that.

I had reached by calling this Owner, but he was not answerable for my emergency. I shared all my details that he was looking for. But he is again asking the same that he dint get my destination address ( he is not active). He was not treated equal to my goods that was parcel servicing with other goods. By trusting this parcel service Center, They are only confirming that the goods gets damage and take 4 to 5 days to reach destination. As a service center, you have to show equal rights to customers goods. He may give importance to his kind of age only I believe.
