Indian Coffee House

This place dosen't have any hygiene over ther place I saw mouse running inside the place and the coffe is horrible in taste and they are making milkshakes using water instead of milk very bad experience. But I dont know about the other dishes I am saying about my experience only. The coffee and milkshakes are not good.

Got here at around lunch time and the place was shockingly empty, we switched on the fans ourself, sat down, someone had left behind their tablet covering on the chair, uch. Wanted to have their coffee but it was SO HOT! so we tried their curd Vada, rose milk and badam milk. The rose and badam milk tasted of camphor, which isn't my favourite but it was a refreshing drink. The Vada was good, got some cutlets packed, they were okay too!

The good old filter coffee that brings nostalgic memories was a total disappointment.

I feel it used to be a good decent place to go with family but not anymore.

Waiters are really bad, I'm thinking so much before telling this but i had to. Bad.

Indian coffee house cannot let u down wherever it may be. Peaceful, no nonsense attitude, efficient.

Indian Coffee House can be seen in many towns in South India.
With respect to Pondicherry, it is one of the signature Café styled restaurants of this town.
Whenever I eat here, it brings back memories of my school days, college days, earlier job days and so on...
The quality of food is good.
However, the coffee is not what it used to be.
Can you bring back the coffee magic?

Good place for having South Indian breakfast in Pondicherry. The place looks pretty old but the food served is nice. Prices are reasonable and all modes of payment are acceptable.

Its retains there old charm of indian coffee house I have from my childhood. Only few dishes were available, when we reached around 11 o clock, but all were good. Poori karma, sambar vada were tasty. Places like these need more customers. Hope they will maintain taste in long rum and dont have to compromise for cost saving.

I ve been regularly visiting Indian Coffee House ( opp.Jipmer ) since the past few months..
I have a honest opinion that
1) The tables look untidy and not cleared off the plates n residues frequently..
2) Few persons serving at the table are NOT AT ALL POLITE ..
3) The food is not served with Passion..
4) THERE is a DELAY DELAY DELAY in serving food..
5) The taste is Now , never that of those Olden days' ICH..
I DONOT 🚫 RECOMMEND Indian Coffee House ( ICH ) anymore ..
