We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We were 2 families and there was no rush at the hotel. My experience here was okayish, it could have been better but the manager was not bothered about it. Following are the key highlights. Pros- 1. Staff was polite and they act on every request pretty quick.
Cons- 1. Bathroom drain pipe was choked and the complaint was not resolved not even addressed. 2. Pillow covers, bedsheet were dirty. 3. No cleaning of dining area. We found the dining area not cleaned for continuous 2days. 4. There were not many food choices, in fact we were told that what we can eat instead of selecting from food menu. 5. No hot water. For continuous 2 days we did not get any hot water. Although staff provides 1 bucket of luke warm water for kids. 6. Food was okay but the service was bad. we had to ask for basic things like spoon, cups, sugar, salt, etc. i will not recommend this hotel for a family. No play area for kids, even adults gets bored as there is no activity to do.

Nice property to visit specially tadkeshwar mahadev temple, lansdowne cantt area. Couple friendly hotel. Specially property balcony view points is best. Good food and service. Staff was very experienced peoples.

Horrible and Horrible and Horrible. It was pathetic. Bathroom was stinking. Food was absolutely disgusting and pathetic as if a horrific monstrosity is spreading its stinky limbs. Location is completely different from what it was mentioned before booking. Flies and insects were crawling out of the food that was served to us.Staffs were the rudest and not willing to cooperate and not giving a damn to serve the customers. It was a horrible stay overall and also the environment was absolutely horrendous. Please compensate us for this horrible stay.

This hotel is well maintained and it has good services and polite people. The orders are dilevered in time at room. And the people of the hotel are guiding us where to visit places. This hotel is excellent!

A big Shout out "NO" never book rooms here untill complete area near Lansdowne have no accommodation and you have no other option besides this hotel.
Pathetic service, Old property, dirty rooms, really expensive and worst food.
Payment method only cash or maximum UPI if you get lucky.
Do not serve even water saying only bottled water available as tap water is dirty (No Free water). No Intercom facility, No Wifi, No Toiletries except a third class soap which you can use for washing your hands or use in bath.
Will never go this place again!!

I have travelled to lot of hill stations and have stayed in finest of resort. But stay with them was one of best one i had in long time. The place is so peaceful, calm and beautiful beyond imagination. The hospitality and food was amazing. Rooms were ultra clean. All in all it was an amazing stay. If you want to stay away from hustle bustle of city life...just go for it.

Awesome! Budget-friendly, beautiful location and surroundings, rooms are quite spacious, clean, and hygienic. And most of all the food is so yummy. The unavailability of public transportation and distance from the main city is a little inconvenient which is negligible when it comes to service, food, and surrounding areas. The behavior of the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very cooperative.. Overall fantastic experience...😊☺

My overall experience was excellent at this place. The hotel staff and the owner is very friendly. If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy the beauty of NATURE and a peaceful environment so this is a perfect place to stay in. The quality of food and other services were amazing.... In total it is a pocket friendly hotel. Must visit here....👍
