The valley view is very good at the hotel and rooms are east facing side so you can see the sun rising behind the mountain. Room's are Ok and average. The reason for 3 star rating is food. Food quality is very poor and take too much time to deliver. Poor Food and serving. I received my first tea in the morning at 7:00 but unfortunately the tea is totally cold and while asked the guy he told chef is busy in making something else.

Location of resort was good. Rooms were small. View from shared balcony was very beautiful. Food was not good. Ordered assorted pakore but that were not cooked properly, tea was cold. When we complaint with owner at the time out check out he was least bothered with our feedback.

Hotel is located further down n away from Lansdowne about 4 km so keep this in mind as one would not like to dine there as food is pathetic. Parking is a big headache as hotel doesn't have a parking place.Hotel rooms are small, poor ventilation and just so so. Prices are exorbitant by standard. Owners managing the facility are grumpy and without imagination and understanding of hospitality service.Breakfast given was scanty, poor quality, and a mood buster...only good thing is a view towards East... but a poor consolation...

Yes it's a worst experience I have ever had in my life , am still in the hotel room and the washroom is smelling like hell since 4 hours and when I complained to the hotel owner he didn't listen to me and also his behaviour was so rude. I don't know why he is running hotel business when he don't know how to take care of the customers. I think he should shut down this hotel and should run one local dhaba first. I don't know how will I spend whole night today in this smelly room. 😥😟😢

Hotel has great view but services are no so good.I have asked for extra bathing towel on my check out day,they denied by saying that you are doing check out today so towels Can't be given.it sound very pathetic

Hotel location is good. Rooms are good. Staff is very cooperative. Only the drawback of this hotel is food. Food is not upto the mark.

One of the best places to stay. You will not get better view then this place. Rooms are good, food is amazing, staff is great. Have visited this place 3 times ! LOVED IT

location is good for Landsdowne... view is excellent..👍 Food is just ok. service & food quality may improve.
Actually Landsdowne is not a rush place. Less tourism is here, so one should not except everything excellent.
