The resort is good. In terms of approach even if you have 4*4 vehicle , prefer going to the resort from parking place in the gypsies provided by resort . The food is excellent with good taste and quality , along with wide spread. The ambience is peaceful and calm. It’s pet friendly property. The rooms are spacious with good views of either inside or outside jungle or both .

The location of property is really nice. Away from hustle bustle of city in the middle of forest. Also all the staffs are really humble polite and helpful. Special mention to Mr. AJAY in dinning area who make sure that all baby needs must be taken care of.

This is a secluded property right in the middle of elephant corridor. You need to park about 3 km away from the property and you will be escorted in a jeep via an adventurous and scenic off-road track. This luxurious property has extremely helpful and courteous staff. Further, it offers you great and extremely delicious food cooked by chef Subodh. The rooms offer an exceptional view to the forest and provide a great opportunity for bird watching from the attached deck. Apart from these great amenities and views, the property includes multiple ponds (a few of these have ducks), stable, cycling track, sheep farm, etc.

You would never want the trip to end while staying in this luxurious property.

Nice property and very helpful staff. Staff even took time to make conversation about plants, animals, past tiger sightings ..
The property has a good functional pool
You can find horses, dogs, ducks and goats running open in the property - which was lovely.
Food was good too if not best.
The only issue I had was at reception desk and spa appointment.

We had an amazing stay experience in Lebua. It's the perfect blend of luxury amidst nature.They have their own mini farm as well & many farm animals which is like a heaven especially for the kids. A lot of activities that can be planned for the couple & for kids as well. The food is amazing. The entire staff is so courteous & always willing to go extra mile to help the guests. Highly recommend this place.

The main reason due to which i am giving this property a negative review is the food quality and service. The food is flavor less, cold and not served on time. The staff is not trained and unprofessional. The resort is situated amidst of forest and you can not even go out to have meals. Over all the property is below average and not worth visiting. The only good thing i can say about the resort is that the rooms are neat and spacious , but again most of the rooms does not have a view and are surrounded by trees which even block the sunlight.
Agreed that the resort is situated in a forest and there are restrictions but the landscaping is also not good.
I would strongly recommend not to stay at this property until they improve their food quality and service.

One of best property in entire Jim Corbet. Food, especially they personally take care for Jain food, delicious food with mouth watering desert. Rooms & interior with full of glass with forest view are amazing. Cheers….

Amazing rooms and really great service. Lots of activities around the property.
Thoroughly enjoyed the nature trails and pet patrol.
The location is a bit off the main road with a difficult approach road but they have 4*4 vehicles for commutes and overall a fantastic experience..
