Good well maintained rooms with all required amenities. Resort is decent and at a good location, staff is courteous and ready to help.
Resort is located in the ghat section, so you get a good view of the valley. Though approach road from the turn till the resort entrance is narrow and muddy.
Food is decent and a bit overpriced, considering the remote location we can let this slide.

Awesome resort and the view from there is mesmerising 😍 plus point is its a pet friendly property and for paw parents its a must visit property. This property is very clean also they have great variety in the breakfast buffet. Also there is complementary tea snacks in the evening . Loved my stay , will surely gonna visit again

We have book luxury suite room. It is their best room in the resort which has good view of valley. However we were little disappointed as the blinds of the washroom are not working, staff tried to repair it but it did not work. It was very uncomfortable for us to use the washroom with open glass. No hand towels are provided inspite of asking for it multiple times. Electric kettle was not working. However the food was amazing. Staff in restaurant are very courteous.

This place is great for its Property, polite staff, cleanliness, food and fun activities.

Away from the usual busy and crowded Mahabaleshwar.

The staff is soft spoken and very helpful.

Evenings are great as they have live music and food counters.
This is great for groups and couples as well.

Spent Two days (Nov 29th - Dec 1st)
Too good to stay isolated as it’s far from the town, almost on top of the hill.

View is top-notch, Ambience is good., Resort is maintained well.

Can witness beautiful Sunrise from the pool area.
Veg Food is amazing with plenty of options and tastes up to mark.

Service at Reception can be improved on customer centric.

It is a superb place to rejuvenate yourself. beautiful cottages and scenic beauty surrounded by mountains. away from all the noise pollution and all the hustle bustle of life. food is awesome but only few options for Non veg food 😁😁😁😁 and more focus is given on veg food. only this needs to be worked on. very courteous service and staff. overall we had a wonderful unforgettable experience. 5+ stars to them.

Good staycation place to spend time away from the chaos of city life and within nature. Beautiful panaromic valley view. Peaceful and photogenic place. Rooms and service are also good. Staff is professional and friendly. Breakfast was good (included). Only thing I did not like is the dinner buffet(separate charges). Most of the food items were disappointing. Also, since this is an isolated place, there are no other options like restaurants or shops nearby.

Superb location..right on the bank of mountain. Away from city hassles.
Excellent food..Buffet spread for dinner and breakfast is super.
Only sore point... Swimming pool is tiny although its made up by nice setting around the pool for dinner and evening high-tea.
word of caution...not all rooms have valley view.
we were lucky to get executive room on 1st floor with unobstructed view of valley...a sighe to behold. rooms are designed in rustic british decor...you might miss some modern amenities
