The Blue Lake Resort

I visited this place last weekend with my friends. Location of the place is awesome. Food served was good. Staff is very less but hardworking yet need to be trained well. No cleanliness in rooms, dirty kettle full of fungus and cockroach. Cobwebs all over the room. Lawn also was not maintained well. Hall had water leakage from ceiling. And the worst part is the last one kilometre road which leads to the resort is pathetic. Full of kichad. Repairing of road to be done on priority basis specially in mansoon.

The place is in middle of a beautiful lake with amazing view. However the last stretch of ride of 1 km is a single complete muddy road and risky for 4 wheelers.
The view from the rooms is beautiful with two way balconies. Although we didn't like the upkeep of the rooms like unpainted walls, torned sofas, old pillows. Definitely needs renovation and maintenance for a beautiful site. service is very good with good food and staff is courteous. They were actually short of providing extra blankets.

we have visited recently to this resort with family, such a nice place surrounded by natural beauty, lots of trees, lake view, garden , swimming pool many things to explore and spend your quality time with your family, the restaurant available at place & the food quality is supper, you will get very delicious food in affordable rates , all resort staff and manager are very kind and supportive , they are very humble and providing good quality service to their customer. We will love to visit the place again in future

It was a nice experience. Awesome weather, quite place... nice view and wonderful service. The food was good and served hot. The staff is very helpful. The only issue was the last 800 meter road which they assured will be addressed soon. overall a good experience.

A beautiful placed nestled beyond small farms right in the middle of a lake. Beautiful views on both sides of the rooms. Had some breathtaking sunrise and sunset views from the room itself. We were a family of 9 and had a great time spending our Diwali there.
Property manager Mr.Ajay D'Souza went above and beyond our expectations in hospitality and services. The whole staff take good care and are very well mannered.

In spite of being short staffed due to diwali we never had to face any issues because of the superb management of Mr.Ajay.

The food is adequate for vegetarians, very few options for veg. However, non veg is supposedly very good. We anyways had our meals outside while visiting nashik and other nearby places.

The roads leading to the resort are ok. However the last 800 mts kuchha road stretch is a nightmare for cars with low ground clearance. I hope something can be done about that. Our cab drivers constantly kept complaining to us about that little patch of the road.
There are a lot of insects and mosquitoes. You should expect them since you are in the middle of nature and ensure that you carry mosquito repellents. They provide machines and liquid but I would still recommend repellent creams and other such products to be sure.
One issue we had which didn't make a lot of difference to our experience was the sofa cum bed in the family suite not working. They had given us an extra mattress anyways so didn't matter that much to us. However it should be repaired for a wholesome experience without issues.

If you ignore this one stumble, it was a great great experience.
They even made a bonfire for us on our request.
The swimming pool is clean and nice. Depth at the deepest point is 5-5.5 ft.

Once we got held up in Nashik at our friend's place and reached back to the resort pretty late at night. It was almost 2:30 am. And Mr. Ajay being the awesome host he is was waiting for us. He ensured we were ok and safely back in our rooms before heading to sleep himself.

All in all a great experience. Would definitely recommend for families seeking some secluded peaceful family time together.

The worst experience I have ever had in this resort. The staff manager was so rude that he was not ready to give extra mattress. After arguing him for an hour he agreed to give us the mattress but without a bedsheet.

Restaurant food was the worst I have ever had..... The location to reach here has the worst roads.

Positives:
1: scenic beauty and weather is good.
2: rooms are decent.

Cons:
1: Hotel staff is the worst. They all are so rude and pathetic.
2: Room service never answers your phone call. For each and every time you have to go from your room to reception for trivial things.
3: No hot water provided to us. Their water geyser malfunctioned and no one came to repair even after complaining.
4: Vegetarian food is the worst I have ever had.
5: No amenities at all. No indoor games, no badminton provided.

I would highly recommend this resort, you will definitely love it. The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. Food quality is also the best. The most important part is, the staff is very cooperative. 5/5 for staff.
They gave thier 100% in work.
Must try/visit this resort once..!
