West Palm Beach Resort

It's the worst place to visit. There is no organization and the management is not at all good. The food ran out even before half of the guest could eat.
You need to pay for everything (double of what the MRP is). You also need to pay a royalty fee if you take alcohol from outside.
The pool was dirty and looked milky rather than blue. There was moss at the bottom of the pool which made walking extremely difficult.
I wouldn't suggest anyone going there

100% Not Recommended.. Just to keep you all updated, I visited here on 11 June 2022. I am a YouTuber and keep on travelling various places. We went to west palm resort on a weekend June 2022 and had booked the resort online. We went there with a group of friends at 1800/- per person package. Including food. According to the cost we expected good clean and hygienic rooms. But when we reached there the room given to us didn’t had a rim in commode. Then they moved to other room which was small and on 1st floor. ( but we adjusted ) here they didn’t have intercom. So if we want room service, or need any thing we have to come down at reception. Even 90% of the time there was no one available at reception so we have to wait. TV didnt worked, There were various kind of insects roaming in the room. 1 small lizzard jumped out on bed. Staff is so arrogant and service is very poor. Food taste is Ok Ok, but then with this situation of room you guys can expect what would be behind the scene in kitchen. Swimming pool had a slippery floor, which means it was also not properly maintained. Food on order is very cost compared to its quality. 100/- rs masala papad . Location is good as there was nice windy climate when we visited.

However rooms need to be maintained
No hot water in tap you need to ask for bucket

The most horrible experience. Cleanliness is 0 rating . Not worth staying at this place . No hot water . Charges for soft drinks and water was exuberant. Kitchen was filthy and dirty. Would never recommend this place

Good place for all age groups. You can play cricket, football, volleyball, table tennis, lawn tennis. Kids enjoyed the best. Management is great. Swimming pool is nice too. Totally worth it.

Place and staff is awesome specially manager Mr. savio is taking good care of customers…

Not recommend for everything you carry from outside owner will charge you extra… owner is very arrogant don’t know how to speak with the customers… for every payment they will charge you 5% extra… no hot water and rooms are not cleaned….

Resort is spacious and green. Nice place to enjoy with family. Too interior thus getting there is a bit testing as no fixed rates for rickshaw.

The place is good , but the price they are charging is not worthy at all . There are many good resorts options available . So dont even look for this. They do not bother any about the customer. The food is below average. They just serve aloo ki sukhi sabzi for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The taste was below average. They cant even make good tea . Just avoid .
