We visited this place recently and it was such a great experience. Right when we enter the green surrounding was amazing and the valley view looked pristine. Room was very spacious and, the food was very delicious. Had really good time, will definitely recommended this.They have great staff very helping people

Can't expect anything worse than the services received after spending such huge amount. Pros: Only Pros is you can get wonderful view of nature.
Cons: If you can dare staying with snakes...you can go here as 2 snakes came out from our room.
If you want to experience how leaking ceiling gives feel of fountain then you can visit.
If you want to get the feel of diving in swimming pool full of wastes then probably it's the best place to visit.
If you have never tried how it feels sitting on chairs garnished with dogs hairs then Please visit this resort.
If you wish to pay for 7 rooms and settle anyhow in 5 rooms with mattress on floor with fear of snakes surrounding you then you must try this.
If you have never smelled how rotten fish smells then please visit and have some fragrance.
If you want to experience Jacuzzi filled with green water and algae, frogs croaking around and mosquitoes singing for you then please please visit.
If you want to get view of greenery inside your room then please spend a night in rooms as you will find creepers inside your room over the walls.
If you have never had your dinner and drinks under plastic sheds then please try as you will get the club house covered with torn plastics.
And last but not the least if you have enjoyed all these and want to exit then please never ever dream of it because locals whose money is pending with them won't allow you to get out of the place.
And let me tell you that all these are complimentary.... absolutely free of cost but you have already paid such huge amount for choosing this resort.
Isn't it awesome experience!!!

This place is a nightmare. No water in the washrooms. Also, no water to drink. The cottages stink and the bedding disappoint to a greater extend. As day progresses, the nocturnals (insects) invade your cottage and trust me you will get a view of some exotic insects. No proper restaurant, they prefer room service for all meals and expect to eat along the insects. No standardised mode of communication, your number is shared with all the staff members and each one makes sure they will bug you for something. Some of them just roam outside your room (which makes you feel hostile) for a few bucks which ideally should be settled during checkout at the reception. Also, they try to create a hype that the resort is completely booked and try to create a sense of superficial demand. Trust me, No other guest was present on the weekend we stayed.
Only good thing is that the food is tasty, which can help you make it through a day.
Incase you are planning to go here, I wish you all the luck. Trust me, with the tariff they charge, you will get a 5 star with 100 times better experience.

This resort is just heavenly . The view is absolutely stunning . The food is amazing. If you want a get away with your loved ones with an absolute serene and peaceful nature, then this is the place. There are not many people/guests around in the resort making it an exclusive place for you. Service is prompt. The food options are not 5 star like but just the right amount of variety you need. The people are courteous and helpful and will make sure that you have the best and most memorable vacation here . Get ready to be stunned by the view from your room and your private sit out area. If you are a nature lover this is the place for you. Happy vacation!!!

Very very poor & pathetic service. All the reviews with 5 star are fake and Done by resort management team. Rooms are dirty and Flush is not working in bathroom. Pool is not working , snake and frogs are roaming around in room. Please don't waste your money here.

This place holds both good and part parts. I will comment on the good side first- the locality of this resort is commendable. You will have a direct view of the waterfalls. One of the excellent spot. The food is really nice. All the caretakers of the resort will make sure you get everything you need. The tourist spots are all nearby, but the local travelling is quite expensive so better to have your own vehicle. The cottages are beautifully made with casement windows which enhances the charm of the cottages. There is a small balcony which directly gives you the mountain view which is just out of the words. You can even have your lunch and dinner with the personalised arrangement just near the infinity swimming pool with a mountain view Coming to the not so likeable part- I went in August- the swimming pool was empty. The insect repellent is not well arranged. The common washrooms were not cleaned. And most importantly the reception area was not organised. No one was there when we reached. So as your guests it’s important to greet them. Rest was fine and overall experience was nice.

Pathetic housekeeping, dirty and stained bed Lenin, towels were not usable, WC was not at all cleaned and urine stains were visible on it, TV unit drawer was broken , room was dusty. I have seen some negative reviews before booking but still I booked because of photos they have posted. This is my first review about any thing . I forced my self to write review only to save your hard earned money. I urge you all not to waste single paise on this hotel. This I most pathetic hotel I have visited ever.

We stayed at this resort from 03.10.2022 to 05.10.2022 Two nights , Most memorable stay with lots of good memories. The stay at the resort is worth more than what we paid very beautiful valley view from room and nice garden around the room , the food prepared by the resort team was really very very tasty the manager Joseph D'Souza sir is very kind enough of arranging everything what we requested big big thanks to the resort team for making our trip most memorable.
