Bliss County

I liked the location. Its almost on a hilltop forest on one side and valley on the other. You can choose rooms facing the valley or the pool or the forest.
I did not like the room and the bathroom. Room and the furniture needs proper cleaning and polishing. Beds need to be properly aligned, mine was tilted to one side which was repaired by the hotel staff after I pointed it out.
There were insects in the room as the window was left open prior to my arrival.
Food was good although I only had dinner and breakfast. Pool looks amazing and well maintained.
The owner Sharif is a very nice person and keeps a smile on his face, always ready to help his guests.

We unfortunately selected this hotel seeing its view and rates. But the manager sharif is so irritating n misbehaved person ull ever find on earth. The wardrobe door fell on my husband’s head and he rather being sorry said we dont know how to open a wardrobe Door. In between conversation he was trying raising hand on my husband. I suggest women and kids not to go at that hotel. That man is super unsafe i guess he is not also Indian. We lived a nightmare.

It was a memorable stay at Bliss Country. The ambience and surrounding were very amazing. Mahabaleshwar points is very much near this place. The location of this hotel is remote so you should have your own car to reach.

1) There's no consideration or humanity towards senior citizens irrespective of age and health condition as they follow strict check out time as 10.30am. They get annoyed if you ask for grace time.
2) Breakfast closes at 10am. If you are not a morning person this place is not for you. Basically this place is not for holidaying purpose in my opinion. Not much of a variety you will see in the breakfast.
3) Complementary "Bottled water" and not packaged/mineral water provided in the room.
4) Special elevator available in which not more than 2 people can travel at a time. Not even your luggages. If you try doing, elevator won't start and you will be asked to come out of the lift as they have to reset some functions in it manually.
5) Carry your own toiletries like bathing soap. If you ask for a bathing soap, you will get one which will be the size of a Rs 10 coin.
6) Owner is not polite towards the guest if you don't adhere to their timings in anything

The rooms are spacious and the view is breathtaking. We were able to witness the sunrise from our room which also faced the garden and pool view. Didn't have any meal so cannot review about the same.

A big thanks to Sheriff the owner and manager of the bliss County. He made sure all went well as I bought my parents in same room whch was booked 30 days prior before my parents decide to come with us. So he provided extra mattresses and food in low cost. And best service and location..very friendly management

Location is the USP of the hotel. It's away from the hustle bustle of the market. But very convenient for popular tourist places, points and valley.
Staff along with Sheriff were warm and welcoming.

Overall was a great experience to choose Bliss County.
