Elysium Resort Panchgani

Had been here with family for 2 nights. A good budget hotel near Panchagani. It's a huge property. Front desk staff is very cordial. Rooms are very big. Unfortunately, it's a dated property, which needs complete makeover. Old style furniture and plumbing. No intercom to connect with room service. Need to connect via mobile. Though the front desk staff responds quickly it sounds weird.

Though a bit old-fashioned in terms of rooms/toilets but has its own charm, the service is what they excel in. The food costs are very reasonable or one can say cheap as compared to others. Overall a nice place to stay.

Good place to stay if you come in groups coz its very spacious, even the rooms are big. It has a big pool too and many surrounding areas. The food provided by them is only veg, but it is also very good, even the breakfast was good. Only thing is that it is bit inside from the main town. Overall had a good experience at elysium resort.

Rooms are very spacious and good ambience but hygiene is somewhat comprises . Breakfast was very nice both from taste and quality.But if you arrived looking from cost effectiveness it is near to best.

The worst ever resort I have ever visited. It is very old resort. We booked through My holidays since we have a membership and even paid 5k rs. They gave us worst room, you can see them in the images attached. The room was stinking a lot and unfortunately I cannot upload smell here. The mattress and beddings are worst. Washroom is awful. Ruined complete peace of mind during vacation. When asked for another room, receptionist showed worst possible rudeness, she said all rooms are same. We saw a different room and it was slightly better(still not good), she demanded 2k rs more when asked for that room. Receptionist has no manners to talk to customers.

Firstly, they simply denied that I had a booking . Then I had shown them proof then manage a room telling that all rooms are already booked. I found some communication gap property owner. secondly, the rooms are really smelling bad so I need to buy room fresher from outside. windows are broken and unable to open . Thirdly, when I have ordered food for room service they simply denied that room service is not available whereas they provide room service if you book room Staff behaviour is already worst. so if you really spoil your vacation in Mahabaleshwar then i would recommend you to book this resort.The name of this property is resort but no maintenance, worst staff It's really like a worst dream to visit this property.

Rooms are quite good with good light and ventilation. Service is good and there is ample chance to improve it, I feel that resort is understaffed and it resulted into not so great service.many of the aminities are not in working condition, Location of resort is great.

Very good place and also a nice atmosphere the rooms were Designed as old vintage look like Britishers lived before food was also so good.
