Recently we visited Mahabaleshwar and stayed in this resort, we had very great experience here, few points about this: 1. This is located very near to all visiting places in Mahabaleshwar, outside view from resort is excellent, Venna River is flowing just backside from this resort and you can enjoy view from your room window as well. 2. All the staff members are very cooperative and humble, they will help you for everything you will ask, I asked them to arrange cake for my daughter birthday, they did it on time as well cake taste was awesome. We also got support from them on multiple other things. 3. Resort inside look is awesome. 4. Food taste is also great. I would definitely recommend this.

Lovely Stay, specially the Staff is very well behaved and helpful. They made our stay so easy and comfortable.. Location is also very good, its near to all tourist attractions.. Just the ambiance could have been a little better, like the games room.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay in this beautiful property. Good forest like surrounding environment. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Great ambiance. Another cool point is its swimming pool. Restaurant has amazing food. Staff was friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Good amenities and very hospitable staff. We loved our stay here. Highlight was there bonefire at night. Nice cozy and clean rooms too. All in all a wonderful experience.. I would highly recommend. :)

Awesome place to stay for a weekend gateway. Location is close to all major tourist points. Staff is super helpful & in house dining is good as well. Kids enjoy the garden area & lot of games options. A big thumbs up to them.
No Brainer best choice for family with kids to stay.

Had a last minute plan to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Amazing, well maintained place with stunning view. Has bonfire facility along with garden dining. Polite and hospitable staff made it an amazing stay for us. Will definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Panchagani / Mahabaleshwar.

It was a very pleasant stay at La Serene when we went there for a staycation with our family of 9 (kids inclusive). The views were breath taking and the location of the resort is very handy. We occupied three of their Deluxe Rooms which included all latest amenities and 24/7 supply of hot bathing water was an add on with the kids. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend it anytime to anybody.

I had good experience with this resort. Stay is bit costly side as compared to amenities they provide. (Try to avoid online booking) On positive side, cleanliness is well maintained. Staff is very cooperative. Services are quick. They provide spa if you are ready to pay some extra cash. There is small game room which has chess, carrom, snooker, dart games. There is also a outside small swimming pool.
