This resort offers exquisite view of Kelva Sea shore from its cottage rooms. Cottages are glass house concepts based rooms with private deck which gives luxury view to guests. Food (Specially Non veg) & service is exceptionally good. Last but not least the owner of this resort was himself available and ensuring all your requirements are meet on priority with smile on his face. They also arranged live music in the evening by pool side. I would highly recommend for family as well as friends get-togethers. Overall clean place and suitable for all type of outings.

Great place for one night stay. Nice ambience. Live music in the evening. Amazing food. Rooms were very good though had some issues in one room. Not much to do around the place. Can enjoy a day in the pool and rain dance facility. All staff personnel were very polite and friendly.

I went for a one night trip on my wife's birthday. Pros : - Rooms are very nice. - Owner is very polite. Cons : - They will serve mostly bombil on the name of sea food, my wife got sick due to food and vomited multiple time it was her worst birthday ever. - Maintainance is very low. They have hanging locks because actual locks are not working. Water heater was not working which I asked explicitly before checking in. There was no water in bathroom after 3 AM. - Overpriced... The food they give and the level of hospitality they offer is far below the price the ask for a night stay. It becomes unaffordable if you are a couple or group of 3-4 people. - They charge extra without any shame. I paid 70₹ for a bottle of thumbs up priced 40₹. I asked why, but didn't got any answer. So be aware and ask for price before asking for an ad-ons. - Hygine. Be aware of insects at night, as the resort is besides mangroves, there were lots of insects at night. It was very hard to eat at night because multiple time insects succeed to enter my plate. It was very disgusting but there was no option.

Nice big rooms with big balcony. Nice unlimited veg and non veg food. Nice breakfast with varieties. Big clean pool.
All in budget.
The owner Harish was so nice asking for each and every thing by himself with each customer regarding customer service.
Will visit again.

I was reading through some reviews before visitin. There were some negative reviews.
Property - Very good, it has pool, seat out area, even rooms have balconies which give you view of Mangroves. Greenery they have maintained well.
See these are the resorts exactly in the Village on the sea shore, so basically local people are providing service here, that's the reason in most reviews food is loved by everyone because simply it's like home made chicken or even the vegetables. So see one can't expect hospitality like professional hotels, but these are genion people they do provide you whatever available with them & whatever best they can give you. Like in my case we were 7 friends we stretched our stay & cpl of guys have already booked for near future. It was wonderful experience here. Just need to check in rainy season there could be mosquito issues if you seat outside - we went on 2nd December there wasn't any such issue.

This place is actually one exotic and boutique property situated in the extreme Mangrove end of Kelwa. Although we reached at 11.30 am. The owner still managed to give us some breakfast. The hospitality is truly mind blowing. Food, omg you can just beinge eat without feeling guilty of unlimited fish like pomfret and bombil. Proper local style food with the right spice. Rooms were decent and clean. Service was super quick and what i genuinely liked about the staff was they serviced every guest as a family. I have a 1 year old kid and they didn't hesitate to provide less spicy dal kichkdi for my daughter. The life music on Saturday night was just amazing. All in all me and my friends had a gala of a time. Will definitely visit again specially for the food. 😀

So we had booked this place for 31st and it has been the best experience. Tbh the rooms are spacious and all rooms have decent views. Hareesh Dada is always present in case any thing needed at the sight. No compromise in quality of food and variety of food as well. Visited alot of resorts in Karjat/Alibaug/Lonavala no one is giving unlimited sea food starters on a night like 31st. A must visit place. It has to be the best in Kelva. Food 5/5 Rooms 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Location 4/5(Just because it is a Lil away from beach) No complaints. And Fully Vasool!!
