Perfect place for a serene, peaceful vacation away from the hullabaloo of city, in the lap of nature. Courteous staff, good rooms, parking space, valley views from the rooms with balcony, makes it awesome to relax peacefully.

Not so great, over priced. They charge huge for even a basement room that is smelling & has not even a ventilation. Strange experience.When you turn on the fan, the lights also is on. Got it detached and had to manage without the lights. Breakfast has no choice than just one dish they have. No sound proof, loud noise from other occupants & even the staff at reception is heard as loud as they speak & shout.
Never recommend.

I visited visited this property and stayed with family in April 2022. Upon reaching at the property it was evening and they we’re playing live music which we really liked(not sure if they do everyday). I booked 3 Deluxe rooms but when I reached i dint like the rooms. So the owner upgraded us to a executive room and 1 suit room as they were available(I paid some extra amount). Rooms were really good, neatly maintained hygienic and view was also good from those rooms. Make sure to choose executive or suite rooms they coke with balcony and a view. While our stay we asked to prepare food in local style and I really liked the food. You need to try the chicken curry which the host prepared himself for us. All marks for their hospitality and the service we got during our stay. I came here jus to write a review after 6 months 😀. Its a must stay recommendation for the hospitality we received.

Entire staff of Nature cloud resort was very kind and helping.
We were new to the city but Jorge and sajan(staff of the resort) helped us finding a good cab and destinations.
Resort is located such as you will enjoy beautiful sunrise from your balcony.
Breakfast they served was also a good quality and taste.

Dont go in this hotel ever. Don’t fool yourself by the low prices. They are big jerks. After our stay was completed, they charged a lot of money for a dinner that tasted horribly terrible which we were told was complimentary in the beginning. Very poor management and room service.They have no manners on how to talk to their guests. Please don’t ruin your stay by coming to this hotel.

Suite rooms are the only saving grace. Big and spacious rooms with a good view. Good staff willing to help. But overall property management is bad. No hot water. When you complain, they tell you to switch off and switch on the tap every few minutes, food is average. Barbeque and bonfire was ok. No card transaction, only cash or upi no matter how big the amount is. Finally, well away from city. Commuting to any sightseeing spot is atleast an hour and half in normal traffic. Overall, can stay ONLY IF nothing else is available. Good property and staff badly let down by management/proprietors

Not worth it .. stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your vacation… charged 6k for dinner whose price was not revealed earlier and the food was awful. Totally not worth it.

Property is not in munnar!! It is 15km far away from city and there nothing around. They will make you eat their dinner compulsory and it is very expensive 1k or more per person. People are two faced and not helpful. They will tell you something else and ask for more money when you leave. Hotel owner is a jerk.
