The Travancore Heritage

Great hotel, we loved it! We stayed there with my parents and parent of my husband. It’s a great place to stay with family and kids, swimming pool has pool for kids. Staff is very kind and welcoming.
Territory of the hotel is magic - so beautiful and well maintained.
We stayed in suits, suits are spacious, new and beautiful.
To go to the beach you need to take elevator - which is also very convenient.
Doctor and therapists are attentive and professional.
I strongly recommend this hotel if you want to spend great time in Kerala.

I went there with my family, my parents and my sister's family. We were able to get adjacent rooms and the stay was pleasant. They were very kind enough to cancel a cottage at the last minute and didn't ask us to pay for it and also allowed us to have a late check out without any extra charges. The resort is filled with greenery and they have lots of varieties of plants which adds to its beauty. The cottages gives us a traditional vibe and the rooms were spacious. We can see and hear the waves crashing on the beach but the beach is far away and we do have to take a long walk to reach there. We were also delighted to see Sivan Sir who is an expert at pottery (and has won many awards) at work there and was also able to buy some of his work. My kids had a great time at the pool. Also they have life guards stationed at the beach and pool. We enjoyed having dinner and breakfast with lots of varieties as they were providing buffet. Overall our stay was good

Personally I found this experience truly amazing. The several facilities and the food was extravagant and fit for a king. Furthermore the sweet aroma of the beach brightened each day of my stay. The various amenities like the spa, gift shop and more allowed the most comfortable stay of my young life. I really hope you are able to have this blessed experience that was able to enrich my life

It was a really pleasant experience and I will be back here again. These days we are conditioned to not consider what is okay and seek out only what is exceptional. There were a few things that were okay here but the customer service is absolutely exceptional. Every person is pleasant and happy to assist you. Every single staff smiles at you no matter where you meet them. Loved the whole compound and beach. The room could be improved slightly. But then, you don't come here to sit in the room all the time. Lunch and dinner buffet were also worth every penny.

What a relaxing, beautiful hideaway after being in Delhi. My back & neck massage in the on-site spa was perfect thank you. The restaurant food and service is exceptional. The pool is immaculately clean and the prices within this tropical paradise are good and not over the top. Whilst the beach is not right at your doorstep, the views of the fishing activities on the sand are great from our room balcony. I wouldn't want to be here in summer as it is very humid. Our room was big & clean with a great shower but unfortunately the bed wasn't comfortable. Overall a great spot with friendly staff. Unfortunately the beach bar was closed for Renos.

One of the best resorts in the region. The architecture , interiors and the artifact's surely gives traditional vibes.The property extends over a large area facing the sea. The beach is at a walkable distance.They have two swimming pools, a gym and recreational area, a small children park , beach volleyball field.
The buffet lunch was decent. The customer service was good. The parking space is limited.

Awesome experience staying in this hotel.The rooms were spacious and really clean, and they had beach view.They also have a way to reach the beach. The staff is polite and responsive. Their spa is really nice. Food is too good. The new year's eve party that they hosted was really grand. They welcomed us with a tilak and welcome drink.
Would highly recommend this place.

Great value for money

Stayed in the resort for three nights and four days during first week of January 2023. The resort itself located in a new great landscape somewhat overlooking a beautiful beach. service excellence coupled with decent quality food made our stay worthwhile. The swimming pool and our rooms were kept very clean and neat. however the Internet connectivity was at best patchy. Also, the TV stations were not all that great as most of the time it was not working. I recommend people to stay here if you don’t mind the two things I have stated BTW, they have good quality Ayurvedic treatment centre with doctors and therapists.
