Southern Panorama Indriya Resorts & Spa

Southern panorama resort is on a very beautiful location, the view from the rooms and main areas is breathtaking. I must say, they crafted every nook and corner of the resort to make it look so incredible and functional. The resort staffs are very polite, friendly and kind. The restaurant food is incredible, their room service options were great too. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and many options available depending on the group size. A very peaceful and pleasant stay. Try it once and you will end up as a repeat happy guest like me. When you get in, you wont feel like coming out.

We had a wonderful experience with Southern panorama resort. We had stay with the resort and staff for 2 days all those staff were very friendly and helpful all of them gave us a quick response and solved all the issues actually we did not face any issues there. most of my teams were addicted with the food provide by the resort so yummy and the guys who served those foods makes it double satisfaction because all of the service team keep good smile in there face even the pressure situations too.... Mainly the ambiance of the resort was awesome there is a super view in the top of the room using a tea we can sit there for a lot hours with out any langur also there is a health club and something more to explore

The staff were really welcoming and helpful. It felt that they genuinely wanted you to make the best of your stay and be comfortable and for that they were super ready to provide assistance at any time and at all levels. The resort is beautiful with cardamom and tea plantation all around and it feels like staying inside a forest with cicadas and birds chirping. The restaurant is really good with good breakfast buffet spread. Overall great place!

The location of the resort was very beautiful. All the staff members were polite and kind. Room service was good and the rooms were clean. The spa service was also nice. They did a good job of jeep service for the elderly drop and pickup within the premises. As a whole the stay was peaceful and pleasant.

I have seen good reviews here and booked for 3 nights and I really regret it.

The road to this place is so bad the driver was about to stop going forward. No vehicle lover would like to be on this road.

The quality and reliability of facilities is not good. Simple things like properly functioning door lock, hot water without interruption, working intercom, regular cleaning of room when we stay for multiple day, etc - you definitely expect these to be taken care by default.

Food was good and staff attended to issues whenever we raised any concern.

Had a very pleasant stay. The ambience was topnotch and the staffs were very courteous. Our stay started off with a wonderful welcome and the view from the room indeed breathtaking. We had come here as a couple for a break and we are going back with more than that.

Had an awesome stay in the resort, friendly staffs and their kind gestures are to be appreciated. Perfect spot for couples to plan their moments of memories. Just informed them about our anniversary and they made a quick candle light surprise dinner. A breathtaking view of the mountains by the side and the quick room service are to be noted too. :)

The food, the service, the calmness, the room's cleanliness, maintenance.. absolutely class !!
The swimming pool was well maintained,
Food is absolute delight.
Luggage is carried in jeeps as rooms are slightly situated in a hilly area.
Warm welcome, Great service.
The hotel does every bit to make it comfortable

The only negative is that the resort is located 1+km from the main road. Bumpy bad road.
