We were 3 families booked directly as the online rate was higher. It was awesome stay at the resort. They kept pro level staff,they all were well behavioured and that is essential for family visit.
We visited on 26th November 2019,It has to go by off-road from the highway to resort. Off-road vehicle with driver will be arranged by the resort management on pay by customer basis. It will be around 4km to resort and charges 500 for one side. Money has to pay directly to the driver.
When we reach staff will asist us to carry or baggage and welcomes with welcome drinks at the reception. The lady staff at the reception deals everything very smoothly without any dely. I gve her 5/5 rating.
We have offered 3 suit room which was so big in size and spacious.I recommend to take suit room that can accommodate parents and 3 kids easily.The room has site view to forest.
They provide us activities like camp fire,natural pool swimming(which is the most attractive) trekking,sports activites like TT, caroms,card play, chess, snake and ladder,gymnesium et,
Food is expensive so deal with the resort management before booking the resort. Dinner was awesome and they provided best quality along with the quantity.Dinner will be al carte basis and breakfast was buffet with 3-4 main courses and 2 types of juices. Appreciated the staff behavior on restaurant especially supplier boy and order lady.
Overall we enjoyed and recommended all to visit at least ones. I forgot the name of Manager and he is the key of the service we recieved. Appreciated! Thanks team Blue Giner Team we will meet again.

Advantage: - Location. Once you reach, the place is awesome. A small natural waterbody is just next to it. They arranged bonfire in night and that was awesome. There won't be any mobile network and you will have peace of mind.
Disadvantage: - Location. Big problem on how you reach. Road cannot be worst than this for personal vehicle. gps cannot be used and it's full rocky terrain. Resort provides jeep option which is charged to guests. - Food. There is no other option apart from resort food once you reach there and they charge bomb for buffet considering the quality of food. - Rooms. It had bad odour and had to spray a lot of room freshener to make it livable for the day. - Amenities. Makemy trip listed tv as amenities for room while resort said that's only for villas. Swimming Pool is badly maintained. - Network. Wifi is listed as amenities which is availed to guests only in common area.

Best hotel stay on the hills Only Jeep goes to the top of the hotel and it’s extra charges Cool and calm There is small water falls inside the resort and one can visit and enjoy Lot of monkeys by mistake you should not keep the room window open

The place is in middle of the forest and you need to do off road drive for 3 km. The rooms are service is excellent and they are very clean. Staffs are very friendly and available round the clock. You will get one private waterfall and a hiking area. Staff Mr. Santhosh guided us very well and he was like a dedicated care taker. The food quality and the taste are excellent. They will ask what to cook and they will cook as per our taste and choice.
A must visit place to rejuvenate.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF OUR LIVES AND WORST MANAGEMENT YOU’LL EVER SEE IN A RESORT (MUST READ IF YOU ARE TAKING YOUR PARENTS, PETS, or SPOUSE)
First thing, They won’t tell you that the resort is situated on a mountain top and there is no road to go there, you have to park your cars 3.5 km before and go by off-road jeeps. Nothing bad in it but if you are taking your old age parents PLEASE BE WARE. You might end up hurting them more.
When asked upon that why was this not informed earlier, the management tells you that you have to take care of your health and fitness, we are not responsible for your lifestyle. (the manager and owner felt like they were drunk)
Secondly, it is not a pet friendly hotel whatever make my trip shows. Management will fight with you and not go in any solution mode. You’ll just end up feeling why you have paid so much and wasted your time
3. Resort is a Khandar, it used to be beautiful it seems but it’s not taken care of
Only will recommend this resort if guys are going for a night out / Party and you don’t want any mobile reception coz there is none with no Wi-Fi availability as well. I will NOT recommend to take your parents, spouse and pets.
