Rooz Resort

Our experience at Rooz Green Leaf Resort was fantastic and simply amazing. The ambiance of the resort was breathtaking. The staff were beyond helpful and had the kindest soul,they ensured all our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. The service they provided was outstanding and i can see why it's rated 5 stars. A place worth visiting with family and friends.!

The pics shared before booking are actual and you get what you see.. (except the pool is located at the end of all the villas).
The resort is well maintained and nicely done up.. we had pre booked food in arrangement with the owner and was surely a wise decision.
As a group we enjoyed the stay at the resort.. however if you are looking for enjoying the city then it is located in quite isolation.. so please plan accordingly.

Special mention to the extremely patient care taker and staff.. they take gd care of you..

The rooms and the way they are maintained are awesome! The resort is still under construction..The resort is surrounded by the scenic beauty. The swimming pool is really big and good. Food which is served could be improved but got good food. The stay was pleasant though!

We had a nice stay at Rooz Greenleaf.
What makes it special is its greatest hospitality . The the staff are really caring and very helpful.we even got some surprise gifts.kids really liked it. this place is very good for family and friends gatherings.its a well maintained property with good amenities.The Arabic themed villas makes the property different from others.I will surely go back to this place again.

We stayed at your property for the dates 28-29.Sorry to say that we all are not satisfied overall and could only rate 2/5 and that too for the concept and pool.

1.Roads to the resort is partly closed which none of you were aware and we had to find alternate path.

2. AC in two bedroom were not working and has to spend in a hot climate with our infants.

3.Drainage in one of the bathroom was not working.

4.Staff were courteous enough but has to improve a lot regarding hotel management and hospitality services.1 year of launch is a lot time to learn

We were the only guest on the above date, so could have paid more attention from your side

I hope you will consider this and improve in future as this concept is ideal for a family get together.

It is an above average, clean and tidy hence recommend it easily. Not much of a resort though, more like a gate community comprising a set of villas with a common swimming pool and playground which includes a badminton court. It is accessible to most of the attractions in Wayanad. Supportive staff , they have a decent chicken bbq option for you as well.

Arabian themed 1and 2 bedroom villa's with a mini kitchen. It is still in the process of being set up, and hence no in house restaurant. The food is being bought from a good restaurant nearby. The 2 bhk villa is well designed with a hall and 1 room each below it and above. The swimming pool is currently not functional, and looks like a temporary one. The staff are courteous and ready to help. Visit if you like a cosy stay without much expectations.

It was a good stay. The rooms are very nice and clean. But there were some technical issues like ac remotes and some plates and spoons weren't found in the villa but the host was kind enough to offer us.
