Heartland Munnar

Worst hotel ever, we stayed 105 last week, the room was not clean at all, no hot water, WiFi networks not working, the bathroom shower and the tap water both work at a time cold water is coming all the time, rooms service not picking the call and all so the reception, the room service not available after 10pm, no extra towel, bathroom fan so irritating sound, no umbrella in room we want to ask the umbrella it will get after 40 minits. Very difficult for aged people they have a car for shuttle but it was not available at our time. The charges also high 3rd day we stayed Grand Wally much better than Heartland, the service was awesome, Please don't book the resort at
all. Iam not suggesting this kind of Resort. Big thanks to management ,,,,🖕🖕🖕

Good new cottages and well managed. Housekeeping and service can be improved. Food is tasty, but food options are limited and cannot find any alternative restaurants nearby.

Located bit remotely and temperature is moderate and climate is not on par with munnar.

It’s a great stay @ Heartland resort. Nice ambiance and calm place to stay with family. Best scenery and services. Rooms with pleasing views on to the valley. Staffs are very cooperative and friendly.

It is one of the best resort near Munnar. Everything is fantastic. Rooms are well equipped. Great view from the rooms. A lot of space in the resort to walk. Will definitely come again.

Heartland provides a comfortable and cozy stay. Located atop a hill, with a beautiful view of the valleys, it offers all the luxuries and comforts you need on a vacation.

The food is really top notch and the chef will customise to your taste. The facilities are clean and top notch. Kudos to the housekeeping and support staff for providing excellent service.

Rooms are well furnished with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Wifi and smart TVs included for some nice entertainment.

Great stay, great experience. 10/10 would visit again and recommend.

It was a great experience we had at Heartland Munnar. Right from the beginning they showed very good hospitality. Also If you were to drive to the resort call them ahead and get proper routes. The Google maps one is pretty dangerous and the resort doesn't recommend taking it.

We stayed in a family villa for 3 nights. The villa comes with two bed rooms with a common sitting area. It was quite clean and nicely maintained. The resort looks amazing and has a spectacular garden area. The food was good but there are only limited options. They take huge time for food preparation when the resort is almost occupied, may be because cook are less.
We had an amazing stay.

Excellent Stay! Clean Rooms! Picturesque Views! Courteous and Friendly Staff! Awesome food! What else would you need... Very happy with my stay here...!!!
