Excellent experience..clean rooms, excellent beach area, food is also good and very good hotel staff..

The main things i would like to emphasize on are;1. Location is good, there is beach right on the backside, but there are other better hotels in the same line on the sea shore2. You cannot get tea or food when you want.3. No options for breakfast. They asked us to choose between parantha and puri sabji, we chose parantha, and we were surprised to find that the same puri aata was used to make a deep fried parantha, which simply meant a larger sized puri full of oil and semi-cooked atta. Photo is attached. They did not offer even bread omlete for breakfast. Its only advantage is beach side, which is true for many hotels on this road, management is poor and the guests are not treated to their expectations.

Good location near beach, but worst food ever have in a hotel. Presentation and display of food is not up to the mark. Staffs are not either trained or briefed. May stay in nearby other property in the same location.

Excellent Beach side Resort at Havelock. You can enjoy private beach with this Resort anytime. Sun Rise can be enjoyed at the Resort itself. Good dining facilities, AC Rooms, neat and clean, spacious rooms, a worth place to stay at Havelock

The location of the resort is beautiful but the staff and service are very poor.
They won't maintain any standard and they won't respond properly.

Not worth staying with only basic facilities that too not in good shape.. poor maintenance! Should you need anything after 10 p.m., forget till after 6:30 a.m. next day as it is lock down time after 10 p.m. You will not find anybody during these night hours either at the reception or kitchen. If you want to have lunch or dinner, your have to tell them well in advance so that they can cook it for you. The blanket given to us with the extra bed was unwashed and it smelled bad. Wash basin was choking.. cold water tap was not working at all. In the breakfast buffet, there is hardly anything except poori-subzi on daily basis. On demand they gave us sandwich..this was first ever time I had a sandwich with no butter in it. They claim to be a 3-star property.. totally farce. Don't waste your money. The only saving grace is that the staff is courteous.
