Awesome resort to stay in the Neil Island. The rooms were great. The washroom was even greater. The scenery and natural beauty all around was soothing. Best part was the breakfast, lunch and dinner. All three are buffets with varieties of awesome dishes. You'll have your best stay here probably in your Andaman tour.

We had been booked here by our travel agent but had gone with a lot of misapprehensions due to some really bad reviews on the net. To our pleasant surprise we had the best time at this place. If you are not looking for a hugely luxurious place then you will get to enjoy nature at its quietest here. The rooms are large and clean. The washrooms are also clean. The first room we were given had a broken toilet seat but they changed the room without any fuss. In the other room we were given we requested for a change of bedsheet and they complied willingly.
The restaurant is open from three sides, birds flit in and out at will. The food is normal. They made pakoras for us on request. The pool was not functional but was being cleaned on the day of our check-out. There is no internet access at all. So if you are an internet junkie avoid although it may the same story elsewhere too. All in all it was a very peaceful exprerience.

The resort is near the Bharatpur beach. Not a lot of other resorts in the vicinity. The resort has limited food options from the restaurant menu. Also, the pool has no water and was unserviceable. Kindly do not expect a lot of facilities. The cottage, though, was nice and clean. Bathroom was okayish, could have been better.
Peaceful, helpful staff.

Good place to stay in Neil Island. Though it is a bit in off-beat location, I guess its the same for most of the resorts on this Island. The staff is very prompt, responsive, and helpful.
The rooms are simple and decent, nothing great or fascinating. One thing I didn't like was the teeny-tiny gaps in the main door, which would allow outsider to peep into your room.
The food was decent, you must inform the staff is you want less spicy food, else you might end up with spicy food.

Firstly it was the worst part of my journey as the behaviour of the manager was rude. Half of the time he either was not on his counter and other half of the time he preferred sleeping. When asked for any help he preferred ignoring people seemed to be really busy. The interior of the rooms were really dirty as the tools were really unclean, we stayed in an AC room at cottage number 2 where the AC was not working informed the manager several times but his words were” the AC don’t work at day they work at night “ if they don’t work at day then the AC should be charged for nighttime. Next was the privacy issue of the room as the doors are really in a bad conditions where everything could be watched easily inside. The swimming pool had no water when asked the manger said that there is no water to fill it. Is it a joke? The remote location of the place could also be ignored but the rude behaviour of the manager is pathetic. There is no facility available there that could be rated good. The staffs are still better. It’s a request don’t go with the photographs it’s just an eye catcher

The best and the worst part of the hotel is it's location. Remote location helps in staying away from hustle bustle of the island and chill by the pool. But then the remote location is too remote to even think to go the Sitapur beach for sunrise in the dark street without streetlight.

My wife liked the design of the cottages. Really nice and cute. Good for one day stay.

Vacation Village Resort is located at a place where there is no mode of communication. Hence making the stay quite begrudging. If that could also be ignored but there is a lack of security at that place for which I will post the pictures too, due to lack of maintenance there is a lot of snakes in the property.
Customers have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" in hotel rooms, as mostly people travel with their family for vacation, but over here the roofs are lacking those measures and so do the doors of this rooms too.
One of the most important things the hotel's manager has informed a very serious issue to me over here that the hotel AC's don't work at the day time, but still we pay for full charge for an AC room there is no ceiling fan too there is a stand fan which doesn't work most of the time.
Cleanliness and hygiene issue is the most important as the chair covers and sofa covers are not at all clean over here. Too dirty.
There is a swimming pool with no water as the manager clearly mentioned that water is not available every-time hence there will be no water at the pool.
When ever you are in any doubt if you go head and speak you will not find the manager to inform as either he is not there or if there he is busy sleeping.
As I informed several times that the room of my AC was not working hence i was denied to serve food by them to me and my family at night where the cook clearly informed that the item which I had ordered cannot be prepared and is not available.

Its a suggestion please don't choose this place of stay as you will have a felling that why have you come to this place. A really horrible experience on my side.
People are so used to free wi-fi nowadays, that it becomes a major part for selecting a hotel, there may not be WIFI sometimes but that needs to be explained in a professional way which the manager in this hotel preferred not to be customer centric.

My stay was good as the services and the accommodation were nice. But swimming pool was not operational. So facilities need to be proper. Staff behavior was good. In terms of tariff worth it.
