The resort is pretty small. It's right by Luisa by the sea commercial place. Rooms are decent enough and the service is pretty normal. The pool is not part of the resort but instead it's a shared pool between the housing society.
Breakfast was decent. Overall an okay place! Nothing too great or fancy. The resort doesn't have a dedicated parking. It's street level parking

Loved the hotel, clean. Staff is nice, Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are good, location is good too. If someone wants to stay, feel free to book the hotel. You are in safe hand.

It was overall an average experience. I booked a garden view room but they refused when I arrived. The breakfast was not at all happening. Some leftover food from the previous day was served. It's better to stay at a bykes place adjacent to it. It has good quality pure veg food also.

Poor service. They don't clean the room properly even after requesting a room cleaning. Staff is not accomodating. Very poor quality breakfast for a hotel charging 5000 to 6000 rupees a night. Misleading pictures on the website, the pool is not included and we can't use it. The property is not river side. And had an ugly view from the rooms. Not at all value for money.

Great location. 4-5 mins away from beach. We stayed in a family suite, had a sea view from balcony✌️. Spacious rooms. Swimming pool was decent and well maintained. Breakfast spread was regular nothing fancy. Live counter for dosa & Omlettes✌️

I love this hotel. It is placed at one of the best place in south Goa. Not much crowded and not much lonely. Everything a stone throw away from the hotel. Let it be beach, good restaurant, super market and 5 star hotels.
The people working here are super helpful and 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers are available on rent by nearby vendors.
Must visit for Mike's Place, one of the best food restaurant in South Goa.
