Rooms are big and having balcony. Primary location. Nearby free parking area, Shops. Walkable distance from beach. Having good restaurant like rooftop inside property. .. Dont say it as a resort, it's misleading. Because it has only rooms. No pool, or garden area or inside property parking. Higher cost, just for rooms. .. This area is better in taste and price as compared to north like calungute and Baga.

Overall good experience. Spacious rooms, 24x7 hot water. Great help and adjustments from the reception. As per the taste of food i found it costly. Rest everything was good.

Have been here a year back… nice cozy average rooms jt has.. the best is its reasonable in comparison with other hotels in the vicinity… dont expect fancy welcome or ambiance.. if you are looking for a budget hotel can opt for it. Near the beach but doesnt have direct view to the same.. for food you come out of the hotel you have many options…

Nice location near colva beach, staff r very co operative, room are ok in size and neat and clean but the balcony is very small need big balcony otherwise good for staying, bed are good and soft for sleeping.

This is a decent accommodation andbit is very close to colva beach. The rooms are not so attractive but it is very cheap even during peak season like December. They provide water, shower gel, two towels, bed sheets and hot water. It has decent balcony. It does not have great parking. It does have restaurant and a roof top bar to chill. Food quality is good and room service is also available.

We stay 6 day in this hotel. Awsome experience.. Specialy for my 4 year daughter anaysha. Mam on reception is very nice and helping in nature. Staff specialy night staff was nice and helping..u can stay here with family without any second thought.. Near beach. Cleaning rooms. In market.. Nice stay thankyou mam..

Very good location and 2 mins walking from the Colva beach. Has a very good multi cuisine restaurant and the staffs are very friendly. Only recommendation would be not to take a room on the ground floor as there is no balcony and lack of ventilation.

Overall we had a good stay at La Ben Resort. Rooms were clean and spacious, Hot water was available 24X7, and most importantly, it is hardly 1-2 minutes of walking distance away from the Colva beach.. so you can access the beach anytime during your stay.They provide North & South Goa tour in "Feel goa tours" in cheap rate. TV is accessible in rooms. The behaviour of receptionist lady is very good.
