Location is definitely the most attractive feature of this govt run hotel as the beach is just 2 min walking distance. Rooms are spacious, clean with a great view of the Arabian sea. Service definitely needs some improvement. Room rent isn't exorbitant. Food is ok but the restaurant is run by a private entity. Definitely recommended for staying while visiting Colva.

Its Very Bad experience to stay here for one day. Previously I have stayed here but that time staff was good also facilities provided. from 1st to 2nd October 2022 my booking was there for AC front view room. But when reached there they provide my outside room. Where Ac Not working.TV also malfunction. every thing pathetic.In future whenever going to visit colava rethink to stay here. Government hotel must be maintained properly otherwise why to stay, there are so many private hotels near by.

Was there for 4 days in Diwali. Location fantastic, very spacious & just attached to beach, so what more a beach lover want. Pricing is OK but the rooms are not maintained properly, it definitely needs a ramp up. Washroom unclean, taps not working properly.

We went as a couple... Outside look was old.. but the interior was excellent.. nice place.. it is just beside the beach only.. it's a goa govt property.. washrooms also very hygiene..

Great location and rooms were very clean. Only thing is there are frequent power cuts but usually power comes back soon. Beware of the housekeeping staff (male ones) as they keep expecting money for every little thing they do.

The resort is good, but the rooms are the worst - one of its kind. Things to be noted - 1. The tap water is full of mud and swimming pool water is contaminated. 2. Except location, there is nothing to be happy about the resort. 3. You should not book it for a family or a couple, there is no safety at all. 4. They do not have basic amenities such as blankets and towels. 5. They do not have jet spray in the toilet, not even toilet tissues. 6. Do not even spend more than 500 bucks for this worst resort. 7. Last but not least, the most unhygienic stay I have ever been to.

We stayed here in December 2nd Week. It was pleasant experience as the room was amazing. Manager & Staff is very helpful and maintains cleanliness in rooms especially. Daily cleaning is done for rooms and washrooms which is awesome as we don't find it frequently in other same range hotels.
The location is amazing and is right on the Colva beach. They also have Bar & restaurant which is nicely decorated and is open till late night. They also have one counter for tea, snacks and icecream which is open 24/7.
The surrounding is so peaceful and you will definitely get full privacy from outer world.
Ample parking space available for 2 wheeler and four wheeler.
From outside it might look old but rooms are well maintained with good amenities like AC, Fridge, geezer etc.
Room service is also available through intercom.
Colva residency made our trip more memorable and comfortable and would surely recommend it to others.

Budget hotel, run by the govt tourism dept. its an old hotel so dont expect luxury. Rooms are big and airy. Clean besheets and towels. Prime location , Beach facing property with good staff. One star less as the restaurant could be better managed , food quality can be improved
