NAGERCOIL BUS STAND

Now called as Old Bus Stand which is inside the city and there lot of buses which connects to different part of places in and around Nagercoil. Frequency of buses is good, only few outstation buses of SETC available here. Tea, coffee shop , hotels are available inside which is very good . But local buses are very old and outdated and not good . Few buses i travelled were worst and I could see kids travel to school mostly in these buses.

Main problem is maximum of the local buses and places names are in only Tamil ! So it's difficult to know which 🚌 to board! People are friendly here We can easily get help for our queries they are ready to help !

Many local buses start from here to different places. No fare for ladies in government buses. Near by Ariya Bhavan hotel is good for vegetarian meals and snacks. Aawinpal gives good milk, curd, butter milk etc. All at moderate rates.

Heart of the city. You can easily walk from here to Vadasery bus stand where you will find SETC and Private buses for long distance travel. For Kottar railway station you have to take a bus from here which is just 10 mins travel. But don't expect to be clean.

The bus stand is mostly clean. There are so many shops inside the bus stand. Buses are available all the time.. It's a very busy bus stand. There is an ATM inside the busstand where every bank's debit cards are accepted 👍 Feeding room for baby is also available.

Main Bus Stand in Nagercoil Coorporation. It connects with all the villages of Kanyakumari District and to the Tourist places in the district. The Bus Stand is surrounded by lots of shops where one can do shopping for anything he/she want.

The bus stop itself was quite large, and there were several different buses that came and went throughout the day. You can get kanyakumari bus from there.

Overall, I was very impressed with my visit to the Indian bus stop. I would definitely recommend using the bus system in India, as it is a convenient and affordable way to get around the city.but not expect clean and neatness.
But it is a different experience i really enjoyed it a lot.

Average bus stand now there have no restroom facility inside the bus stand if you are going for restroom you want to pay for it and also they don't properly clean the toilet before 8 months I am go to Nagercoil bus stand and use their restrooms inside the restroom staying some peoples and calling for something else that is not a good experience for me. The agent are staying inside the bathroom they using the place for connecting with p********* the evening you can't go near to the restroom side they have too many persons like this for calling and connecting with someone like this
